  Ficus Suites provides an excellent stay with a very convenient location for travelers. It is centrally located in the Old Quarter area, which makes exploring the city incredibly easy. Guests will find themselves within walking distance from the main shopping market and the famous Train Street. The dining options around the property are exceptional. It has many Indian restaurants around it at a walking distance, which is perfect for those seeking familiar flavors. There are also plenty of other options for food nearby, ranging from traditional local street vendors to modern cafes. It is a highly practical choice for anyone wanting to be in the center of the action.

  The receptionist Lee welcomed us in this cute hotel / apartment and was super helpful. ☺️ Gave us good restaurant tipps and helped us to organize transportation to our next destinations in Vietnam. Thank you so much! The rest of the staff was also super friendly and nice. 10/10 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Little kitchenette and fridge. Location: close to the old town but not noisy at all. Cute Cafés and small supermarket and ATMs nearby.

  Good Propery… All amenities in the room… quiet lane for a good sleep…. Walking distance to train street… Mr. Lee & Mr. Phil were very helpful in guiding with nearest Forex. Suggest to all to try it once…

  Lovely little apartment, nice and clean, staff are super friendly and will try their best to help you. Our laundry did get muddled up with someone else’s but these things do happen. The apartment was clean, good aircon, tv worked, nice bathroom & shower. It was also quiet and a great location for walking into the main centre. We would stay here again :)

  Hygienic place. Close to markets. Walkable distance for Train street. Courteous staff. Quite a comfortable stay. The staff at reception Phil, Lee, Leo were quite helpful.

  Super worth the price! Room was very very spacious, aircondition was good, rooms were very clean. And the receptionist were very helpful and gave us superb service! Will definitely recommend this place.

  Very good location of hotel! 20 minute walk to most attractions in Hanoi. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. Room was very large and had good amenities.

  We stayed here for a few nights and the guys are the reception were the kindest people we met during our entire stay in Vietnam! They were always quick to help and went above and beyond.
