  Fresh N Clean Laundry on Beer Street is absolutely fantastic and easily one of the best laundry services I’ve used while traveling. Before dropping off my clothes, I messaged them on WhatsApp and asked if they could air-dry my shirts instead of machine drying them. They responded quickly and were happy to accommodate my request. I dropped off around 5kg of clothes at approximately 7:30 AM, and everything was ready by 2:00 PM the same day. The turnaround time was impressive, especially considering the quality of the service. What really stood out was that they even sent me a video of my clothes being dried, which was a thoughtful touch and showed they were paying attention to my request. It was also an extremely hot day in Hanoi. When I dropped off my laundry, they offered me a cold bottle of water, and when I returned to pick everything up, they offered me another one. That simple gesture was incredibly appreciated and honestly felt like a lifesaver in the heat. Of course, your mileage may vary depending on how busy they are, but my experience couldn’t have been better. The clothes came back clean, fresh, neatly folded, and exactly as requested. A huge thank you to the team at Fresh N Clean Laundry. I’ll be using them every time I’m in Hanoi, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, fast, professional, and genuinely friendly laundry service in the area.

  superb service, very fast turnaround (half a day for 2 pairs of shoes) and great value for money. Laundry service was also excellent, they even tagged up the socks.

  I sent 6 days worth of laundry for 3 persons plus 1 pair of shoes, within a few hours of the same day I’ve got them all back, nice-smelling & folded nicely. All for 50k (10kg of laundry + 1 pair of shoes). Very very happy with their service.

  Excellent service. Immediate response when I texted on WhatsApp to inquire about pricing and timeframe. Super speedy service with reasonable pricing. We were offered a bottle of cold water when we arrived to drop off our laundry and one when we came to collect. The man working there was very lovely. I would highly recommend this service. They also did a great job cleaning my shoes after my trip after the ha giang loop

  We collected our laundry this afternoon and were very impressed with the service. We dropped it off 2 days ago, just before closing, and left it with them whilst we went to Ha Long Bay overnight! All the washing was neatly folded, socks tagged together, and our dirty trainers that we used for a solid 12 hours walk around Angkor Wat came back looking like new! Everything smelt fresh! They charge 40k dong p/kg for clothes and 100k for a pair of trainers! It’s definitely worth it!! We highly recommend them! Thank you so much!!

  Excellent service at a great price. Cleaned my girlfriends white shoes spotless in 6 hours. The guy working there always gave me a nice cold bottle of water every time I visited either to drop off or collect clothes which as a sweaty Irishman in the hot Hanoi heat was extremely appreciated 20/10 would launder here again

  What a excellent service. Dropped clothes to wash and dry which were done perfectly smelling fresh. I also needed some ironing doing aswell which was done again perfect. What's app us when it was ready and we arranged for it to be dropped off to us. No having to walk through the streesr in the heat. Amazing service excellent people working here. Many thanks

  TL;DR: They are legit and get the laundry done. For faster response use their WhatsApp +84 91 358 63 57 Fresh N Clean was a lifesaver for us when we needed laundry service in a hurry! They went above and beyond by offering a solution that included picking up our clothes at 3PM and delivering them back to us before 7PM. We were impressed with their responsiveness, as they quickly replied to our direct message on Google and made the whole transaction incredibly easy. The fact that they picked up our clothes from our hotel at no extra cost was a fantastic bonus. Within just 10 minutes of picking up our clothes, they even sent us a picture with the weight of the clothes, which added an extra level of transparency and professionalism to their service.
