  Amazing laundry service. The woman who picked up our clothes from the Fairmont lobby was incredibly kind and helpful. We had around 30 lbs of laundry and she carried everything on her scooter with ease. Everything was returned the same day, perfectly clean and neatly folded. It was very affordable, super convenient, and saved us so much time. Highly recommend!!

  Great service! They picked up my laundry and delivered it back to my Hotel on the same day. Got in contact via WhatsApp via the phone number maintained in Google and got prompt a response. Paid 30k VND per KG. Laundry was also ironed! Absolutely great!

  They are the best! We are travelling in Asia two months already, and this laundry is the best one! The price is fare, they are super fast: we left our 5 kilo of clothes in the evening and got it back in the hotel in the early morning! Carefully folded and with nice aroma of clearness. And they made to disappear even the stains that were there after 3 previous laundries. Thank you so much!

  We were very impressed with Giat La Bibi Laundry Service. We spoke with Mr Long who is a very pleasant and honest man. The other staff are very pleasant too. The cost is very reasonable too. Our laundry was done and delivered to our hotel in less than 24 hours and everything was folded neatly and sealed in a clear plastic covering and placed in a larger plastic carry bag. We would highly recommend this Laundry Company! 😃👍🏼 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Their service is great!!! The owner was so nice that he could wait until we came. To be make sure to be able to pick up our clothes, we could communicate via WhatsApp. And the price was reasonable and clear enough! And my parents and I were very surprised when we saw our clothes folded in a beautiful way! If you are near to this place and need some Loundry service, this is the right place to choose!

  Wonderful laundry service with an owner quickly responsive on WhatsApp. No issues with our clothing which was returned smelling great and feeling soft. Folded neatly and my collared shirt was ironed out without asking. Even washed a bucket hat which kept its shape after. Turnaround was said to be next day at 11am or 7pm after a 3pm drop off however they got it to us in the earlier one (<24h)! Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs it!

  Amazing and so affordable. We dropped off 15kg of laundry at 3pm, which they returned promptly to our hotel the next day by 11am. Requested another pick up and drop off and they turned it around in 8 hours. Such a professional service, laundry was cleaned thoroughly, folded and Bibi was great to converse with over WhatsApp. Highly recommend.

  Nga was a godsend for me and my husband when we poorly planned the timing of when to get our clothes cleaned. We were coming back from Sapa and did not realize that we would arrive back in Hanoi so late. We also had another tour set to leave early the next morning for Ha Long Bay. I desperately reached out to BiBi if he would be willing to let us drop off our clothes after hours for an extra fee. Nga willingly worked with us to meet us at our hotel once we got dropped off from Sapa at 930pm. He specifically said he would come to us so that we “don’t have to go out after a long trip”. He was incredible! The next day, our clean clothes were delivered to our hotel and waiting for us when we got back at 8pm. Nga went above and beyond for us, knowing that we had such a tight schedule, and made our last 2 nights in Vietnam go so smoothly. Thank you Nga and BiBi Laundry!
