  I highly recommend this laundromat for all laundry service in this area. Anh Kim is super friendly and her service is excellent. I even met her the next day on the road and she recognises her customers 😊 We have a big family of 13 people and she completed and delivered all our laundry on the same day! I happened to meet her delivering our laundry at the hotel 😊 She is very sweet and happy with her work. Definitely 💯

  Fast turn-around and perfectly clean laundry. We dropped off around 6 pm. But since they close at 7 pm, we came back the next morning. The detergent used was great too. Not heavily scented, just fresh and right. Anh was amazing, so sweet and speaks great English. We paid $12 USD for 8 kg. Location was right across the street from Somerset Grand Hanoi. Will definitely use them again next time we are in Hanoi!

  The staff is very dedicated and friendly. Although I choose the self-service package and do it all by myself, taking responsibility for my own things with a saving price of 85K, the staff still supports me enthusiastically such as folding clothes and packing bags. The laundry shop is worth recommending to tourists

  Best laundry shop I have ever been to in Vietnam. They have self service as an option but you can also pay to have your laundry done. They also accept visa and Mastercard from other countries. The young woman working there was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to assist me and my friend with our laundry. She gave us advice for what to do in Hanoi, and helped us find a very comfortable and clean and cheap home stay above the laundry shop. She speaks ten languages and is also really funny. Will definitely come back to do my laundry and stay in the home stay! This place was much much better than other laundry shops which were like something out of a horror movie. Come here for your laundry and stay for the good coffee, good conversation, and good laughs. Ten out of five stars! 🥳🥳
