  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+++ Service — Lifesaver for a Stressed Traveler! I was extremely stressed traveling through three countries with my family of six. We had completely run out of clean clothes and had no time to wash anything. I found Hanoi Laundry on Google and reached out to them on WhatsApp — they replied immediately with clear and friendly communication. They arranged to pick up our bags of dirty laundry directly from our hotel receptionist right after we left for our day excursion, which made everything so convenient. Throughout the day, they kept me updated on the progress, especially for two delicate items I was worried about. Their attention to detail really put me at ease. When it was time to pay, they sent a secure link via WhatsApp, but because I was in a rural area with very slow connection, the payment couldn’t go through. Despite that, they still delivered all our freshly cleaned clothes to the hotel on time — beautifully folded, smelling amazing, and perfectly handled. They even returned the next day just to collect cash payment. This level of trust, professionalism, and customer care is rare. Truly A++ service. I highly recommend Hanoi Laundry to anyone who needs reliable, honest, and high-quality laundry service in Hanoi.

  They picked up our clothes from the hotel lobby at 9:30am and returned them at 6:30pm on the same day. We were able to pay cash to the hotel front desk - even though this business is not affiliated with our hotel. Or we could’ve gone to the business and paid by credit card. (We are American.) VERY convenient. Happy with the service. The clothes have a clean smell, not too overwhelming. Packaging is brilliant. Could just drop it into my suitcase as is, if I wanted.

  Great place, super easy, picked up laundry at our hotel, brought it back the same day in perfect condition. Paid cash, super inexpensive. Excellent service on WhatsApp. Use them! Wish they could pack us to go home

  It was great having our 1 week's laundry done by Hanoi Laundry Shop. It was very convenient to enquire, arrange for pick up and delivery back to our hotel. Clothes were all clean and neatly folded within 7 hours. Thank you.

  Wonderful prompt and friendly service. Scheduled a pickup from the Peridot Classic hotel via WhatsApp and they picked up and delivered within 24 hours. Very easy to work with and it was 40k VND/kg. We had clothes for 6 people and all came back professionally wrapped.

  Reliable laundry service in the heart of the Old Quarter. They take same day pick-up and drop-off orders as long as it’s picked up in the morning and location is in the Old Quarter. I had 6.2 kg of laundry, and my total was 248k dong!! Amazing!!! It was all wrapped up nicely in a compact stack waiting for me at my hotel front desk.

  Two stars because they responded quickly and provided fast service. They picked up the laundry from our hotel and delivered it back the same day, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the quality of the service wasn't what we expected. The clothes didn't smell fresh, and they weren't ironed. Overall, we were disappointed with the result.
