  The owner is really friendly and our laundry came back perfectly washed and folded neatly. We washed a big pile of laundry and paid 30k per kg which is a fair price. I washed a thick winter jacket for 200k and it came back looking almost new. I also washed my backpack which looked amazing afterwards.

  Our laundry came back folded, looking nice and smelling fragrant. An outdoor jacket among the laundry looks like new now.

  We were happy with this laundry. We told them to seperate white and dark colors to avoid any damages. Came out just fine a few hours later and smells so good. Thank you!

  Very cheap. 30k per kg. I dropped it at 2pm and they said come back at 7pm. Very quick, same day! Washing came back fresh

  Avoid this place if possible. We have used laundry service multiple places in Vietnam and never had this problem. All the clothes were returned shrunken. Both white and colored clothes.

  This place is a complete rip off and she will laugh in your face while doing so. She charged $50k per kg and said it was because of Tet. The next morning although we paid on delivery pretended she didn’t have my clothes trying to extort more money out of me. When I pulled out my phone to call my wife she thought I was calling the local police and quickly discovered my clothes with no further discussion. Don’t trust this place. If I could give a zero star review I would. So many places in Vietnam are turning into tourist scam shops. It’s shameful and looks bad on the honest people of Vietnam.

  Horrible place. If I could give 0 star I would do it. All clothes came out dirty with stains, the lady is rude, yells and she even pushed me. Worst start for my trip

  Very bad service and color transfer to my white dress. Don’t recommend it
