  Very nice. Has card and cash options. I tried cash. Insert cash and collect coins from coin machine. All other instructions are straightforward written in English on washer and dryer. Easy and convenient. Let's u wash 10.5kg clothes on one go

  Came to this place when we were in Hanoi last week. Washed our clothes here. 👚🧦👗🎽👙🩲👖🩳 The place is kept very clean you can pay by tap and go on credit card or by cash payment - buy the tokens. Our clothes smell awesome after!! I met the owner who was tidying up the place and asked me if I need help. 🙏❤️🇻🇳 Includes washing liquid and fabric softener automatically added in machine. 60,000 vnd per wash and I think I did 10 tokens @ 5,000 vnd per token (50,000) Total for 1 carry-on suitcase full of clothes was only 110,000 vnd- washed and dried. They have baskets to help transfer clothes without getting it on the ground and a folding table. Very reasonable prices for such a great service ⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Shop to the right can get a drink or food while you wait 😁👌

  Love this self service laundry!! It's very new and clean. The owner really take good care of her shop. While i was in the shop waiting for clothes, i saw them cleaning the machine inside out. Best part is you can use card to make payment. Highly recommended.

  The clothes came out clean, fragrant, and soft, and the machine was very easy to use with clear instructions. During my drying process, the electricity was cut due to a storm, but the owner immediately informed me and even gave me an extra 18 minutes of drying as a bonus. The owner is very kind, responsive via WhatsApp, and responsible. Very recommended!

  Highly recommend this laundry service! It’s conveniently located near our lovely stay at Keypad Hotel, making it perfect for travelers. The 24-hour access is a huge plus, and the place is always clean and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the token system—it’s simple and hassle-free. The owner/manager is incredibly pleasant and kind, making the whole experience even better. If you're in the area, this is hands down the best spot for a quick, convenient laundry stop!

  Great service, thank you 💖 I either did something wrong or the original machine didn’t work, but there’s a WhatsApp number and someone sweet replied in less than a minute to set up another machine for me. Really easy to use and there’s instructions in English, Vietnamese, Japanese or Chinese. Can also use card or cash.

  Very easy and quick to do laundry. It was all washed and dried within 1.5 hours (26 min for the wash and I needed an hour for drying). You can also pay by card and the washing machines look really clean.

  Very disappointing laundry experience. The washing price (60k) was reasonable, but the drying service was extremely inefficient. I spent over 150k just to dry one machine load, and after more than 2 hours on the highest temperature, my clothes (simple T-shirts and lightweight fabrics) were still damp. On top of that, the clothes had an unpleasant smell after drying, which makes me question whether the dryers are properly maintained. The machines seem very low-powered and take an excessive amount of time, making the cost completely unjustified. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place if you expect your clothes to be properly dried and fresh.
