  Great place, great service. You can pay by cash or card. Easy to use. You can wash and dry your clothes in under an hour. I recommend.

  I just used the self-service laundry at this shop and I’m really impressed. The machines are modern, fast, and easy to use. Open 24/7, so it’s very convenient. It saves a lot of time and makes laundry so much easier. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

  Amazing amazing laundry place and super helpful staff!! the machines are super cheap and super quick - was something like 22 minutes in the washing machine and 26 minutes in the dryer, and all the clothes smelt great and were completely dry. Also the machines are massive so you can do loads of washing at once, plus there’s different temperature settings & you can pay with cash or card. I also accidentally left some clothes in the dryer right before leaving Hanoi and contacted them to see if my clothes were still there, and they were super super helpful!! i managed to organise getting my clothes back almost a week later and they kept them safe for me for the time being and also were always super speedy responding to messages. Definitely the best option for washing in Hanoi.

  I would choose this self-service launderette over the others for the following three reasons: 1. It offers cold, warm and hot wash programmes, whereas many nearby launderettes only provide cold wash programmes! This means you can separate socks and underwear from the rest of your laundry and wash them hygienically. 2. Washing powder and softener are always automatically dispensed by the washing machine. 3. The wash programmes can be activated either by credit card or by tokens when paying in cash.

  Washes great, dries fast! About 1hour total. Big container, so it doesn’t matter your kg weight. My first time in Hanoi, I’d recommend this coin laundromat.

  The washing cycle is enough to refresh your clothes, but not enough to wash off the Hanoi dirt. The price of washing in cold water is 70,000 VND, drying 60,000VND. The clothes didn’t get fully dry after drying at high temperature.

  Clothes came out of the wash with sludge all over them - the machines clearly are never cleaned. Didn't seem like much detergent was added either.

  The washing machines are very dirty - my clothes came out covered in what looked like wet mold. I had to go rewash them at another laundromat. Would not recommend.
