  Super clean and efficient! They offer high-temperature washes, and even 40 minutes is enough to dry all my clothes. The owner is very helpful too! Highly recommended!

  Wonderful place. Fully self operated. Accept card payments. Very fast machines and they offer free washing from midnight to 6:00 am. Dryer you have to put for at least 30 minutes.

  So good! Only 50k for a 10kg machine, when local places charge a minimum of 30k per kg, or charge per item. Even better, you can pay with card and the washing liquid and softener are included - and it’s all automated with a touch screen for selecting your machine and making payment (even the washing detergent is automatic). Free WiFi too!! Crazy good solution for your laundry when in Hanoi.

  This place is really great. You can do your laundry by yourself and pay by credit card. They currently have 2 branches in the Old Quarter area. When this branch opened, the owner was there to help first-timers get the hang of the DIY laundry and card payment. Plus, this is open 24/7 and is strategically located within the vicinity of Old Quarter where most hotels and restaurants are located. It is very convenient, affordable, and most importantly, your clothes are clean, dry, and smell really good.

  Really useful service! Wash takes 30 mins and dry takes 40, was about 100k total and you pay by card (although only my visa debit worked not my MasterCard debit card) clothes smelt fresh and clean and so handy it's 24/7

  Good laundry place, located conveniently near restaurants to grab a bite while waiting. How ever none of my cards worked at the machine. Had to take help from locals to pay via QR code.

  Good self-service laundromat. There is one 13 kg washing machine and three 10 kg machines, as well as dryers. A warm wash cycle takes about 33 minutes. Drying takes between 40 and 60 minutes. The place is clean and brightly lit. There is a table to fold your laundry and some seating available while you wait. However, there is no sink. Only card payment is accepted, and free WiFi is available. Special offer: between 00:00 and 06:00 you can wash for free.

  I can’t recommend a laundromat that fails at the most basic task: cleaning clothes. I put in several T-shirts, some with minor food stains, nothing unusual. All of them came out of the machine still dirty. The laundromat claims detergent is included automatically, but I didn’t see any foam during the wash cycle. The program was extremely short (30 minutes, with no option for the customer to change it), and the results were disappointing.
