  Excellent Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am incredibly impressed with this laundry service! The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. I brought in a large load of clothes, including some items with tough, stubborn stains that I thought were ruined. To my surprise, everything came back absolutely spotless, smelling amazingly fresh, and perfectly folded. Their turnaround time is exceptionally fast, and the pricing is very reasonable for the high quality of work they deliver. It has saved me so much time and hassle. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, top-notch laundry service!

  Laundry was done on time and everything was nice and clean and folded up for us which made packing to leave Hanoi very easy. 5kg of laundry for 200K. Only thing to note would be that Google says they open at 7am but they do open at 9am.

  Fantastic service, fast and really good pricing. Contacted them on my way into Hanoi via WhatsApp owner responded straight away answered all my questions quickly had it all set up for pickup fast turn around and drop off back to our hotel. 6kg done and returned to hotel in less than 4 hours, folded neatly in plastic bag, and smelled great. Highly recommended, fantastic service.

  Friendly and helpful service. Their pricing is cheaper than others in the area. It costs 25k/kg and it takes a day. If you want a rushed service they offer it for 40k/kg for same day pick up. They also have WhatsApp so it’s easy to communicate with them. The clothes are neatly packaged and smell great.

  This is an excellent place for getting your laundry done. I managed to get a 2 hour service tonight and it was done on time and looked great. I really recommend them.

  Quick service, very reasonable price, staff are contactable via WhatsApp. Clothes were beautifully folded and smell so good, nothing has shrunk and nothing been lost!

  Would have given 0 stars if possible. Quick service but made sure colours were washed separately and my pristine white top (new, not washed before) came back grey and stained. AVOID if you like your clothes or have light colours.
