  Amazing laundry service! The staff is kind and professional and I got my trainers back within a few hours the same day. They are as good as new, I wouldn’t have believed they could get this clean after trekking on very muddy paths in Sapa (see before and after in the pictures)! Thank you 🫶

  We just ordered a clothes pickup, wash and delivery via WhatsApp, which was easy and convenient. The driver picked up the clothes super quick. The prices are communicated transparently. On the next day (we didn't need express service), our clothes were delivered neatly packed and with a good smell (before we went hiking for a few days and the clothes smelled really bad, so they did a great job). Can warmly recommend.

  Amazing service! We had our clothes washed, they came back smelling lovely and neatly folded. Then I came back with my trainers the next day, and within a few hours they were cleaned and look perfectly new! When I dropped them off I had been hiking so they were muddy. Very impressed with the service thank you 😊

  Great laundry service, highly recommended! Provides 2 way delivery, prices are transparent and very reasonable. Turnaround time is within hours if you pay for express service. Shoe cleaning service is wonderful as well, much cleaner and faster than you can wash it yourself 😂 You can message the shop before hand if you would like for them to pick up. WhatsApp number is in the photos!

What's even better is that their prices are very reasonable. Considering the high level of service and the quality of care they provide, the cost is more than fair.   They renew our shoes after trekking from Sapa. Staff are all friendly and helpful that can wash out all the dirty of our clothes and nice folding. We left laundy and got them returned in 3 hours for 14kg and 3 pairs of shoes! Thanks so much!

  This is a first rate laundry service. We were delighted to find them near our hotel in the heart of Old Town. They washed and folded 4 kgs of clothes for us in a matter of a few hours. The clothes were thoroughly clean, smelled fresh, and neatly folded for packing. The price was a bargain especially given the high quality of the result. The owner is a wonderful person quick with a smile and good humor even after a 12 hour day. Highly recommended, 5 stars!

  The best laundry place, we washed about 4kg of clothes and they returned them to us within 2 hours, the clothes were neatly folded, clean and smelled very good. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone
