  Good service and easy to use with good clean clothes 😊 we had a problem with the payment at one of the machines but the owner responded quickly on WhatsApp and helped us with a solution! Really appreciated! I just wish more people followed the instructions to clean the filter after using the dryer.

  Best laundry near located on old quarter, they accept visa Mastercard so easy and cashless also they leave like sticky notes there you can write any messages it's interesting and affordable laundry. Semoga bisa berkunjung disini lagi.

  I don't understand any comments saying it doesn't smell good. Detergent smells great, my hotel seems to use the same, as the towels and bed linen there have the exact smell. Everything worked easy and fast, my clothes are clean and soft!

  I did my laundry here in Hanoi. £2.40 for washing and drying including detergent. Pay on card with easy instructions to follow. It is a small laundrette but I did not have to wait to use machines. Good clean laundry with new machines and good value for money.

  Awesome little laundry spot. It’s self serve. Although there is a person to help you. To wash and dry one load it costs $4 USD. It takes about an hour to wash and dry in total. They provide detergent which is included in the price. We left to eat pho and the lady that works there put our clothes from the washer to the dryer for us. Thank you Lee’s:)

  Review for Lee Laundry (Hanoi) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1. Convenience & Location We were looking for a self-service laundry place near our hotel and found Lee Laundry to be the closest. We went there on a Sunday around 2 PM and to our luck, we were the only customers at the time, which made the experience smooth and quiet. 2. Service & Support We encountered a small issue during our wash. It seemed like the clothes were not foaming much, which made us think there might be a problem with the detergent dispensing. The machines are self-dispensing for detergent and fabric softener, so we tried switching to another machine but had the same result. We contacted the owner via WhatsApp and his wife responded. She let us know that her husband would come to check, but it might take 30 minutes. True enough, Mr. Lee arrived and explained that they actually live quite far away, which made us appreciate even more the effort he took to come personally. 3. Owner Dedication Mr. Lee manually added powdered detergent to help improve the foaming and took the time to explain that there was detergent in the machine, even showing it to me. He mentioned he plans to switch to a better detergent based on the experience. He stayed for about an hour to ensure we had no further issues until our clothes were fully washed and dried. Before we left, he even apologized for the inconvenience, which shows his sensitivity and respect for others’ time. He truly went above and beyond. 4. Cleanliness & Maintenance While waiting, Mr. Lee took the opportunity to clean and maintain the other machines that were not in use. It was clear that he takes pride in keeping the place clean and functional, and that he cares about the quality of the service he provides. 5. Customer Experience On top of the helpful service, we also had a nice exchange of stories with Mr. Lee. He is a genuine person who clearly wants his customers to have the best experience, not someone who is just focused on making money. Because of his effort and attitude, we left with clean clothes and a really positive impression. I would gladly return to support his business again, knowing that he truly does what he can to help his customers.

  The washing machines did work, but i really don’t think it’s worth the money and hustle. We ended up paying almost as much as if we just gave our clothes at the hotel for laundry, but our clothes didn’t even dry at the end and we had to go back many times to run the drier again

  Paid three times and still the washing machines did not work? Tried to ring but number is not on watsapp so nof possible. No one about to help - had to take the loss and go somewhere else. Waste of money and time. - if the owner could respond and help, I’m happy to change the review as I’m sure its just a misunderstanding
