  I had a great experience with Mr Bi Laundry. Hotel pick and drop was an added benefit. My laundry was looked after very well.Clean and folded nicely.I would reccomend this laundry to anyone staying in Hanoi.

  This is truly a hidden gem. The lady who runs the shop speaks good English, and we had a nice conversation while she shared a few helpful tips about exploring Hanoi. We used the same-day service for our regular laundry and dry-cleaning for our winter clothes. The prices were reasonable for the quality provided, and everything came back very clean and smelling fresh. I also noticed several other foreign customers using the service, which is always a good sign. P.S. There are also a few small boutique shops in the area that are worth exploring. To the lovely lady at the shop—since you mentioned you once visited Bali when you were single, we hope you get the chance to return there someday with your family in the near future.   Excellent service. Came to my hotel to pickup 3 big bags of laundry at 9:30PM. Cost me around $30USD with tip for wash and fold service. Delivered the clothes back to the hotel at 2:00AM. I picked up in the morning from the front desk staff. 10/10 service. Highly recommend and would definitely use again next time I’m in Hanoi. Thanks Mr. Bi team!!

  Excellent laundry service in Hanoi. Very fast, reliable and professional communication from beginning to end. Pickup and delivery worked perfectly, everything came back fresh, clean and beautifully folded. Very fair prices and great service overall.   I had such a great experience with Mr.Bi Laundry! The staff are super friendly, always welcoming with a smile, and they make the whole process so easy. My clothes came back fresh, perfectly folded, and right on time. I really appreciate their quick support and attention to detail — it feels like they genuinely care about their customers. Definitely my go-to laundry service. Highly recommended!

  Open almost 24hrs for full service laundry at a great price! We stopped in at 10pm and gave them a full bag of laundry which they did by midnight for only 100k which they delivered back to our hotel at no cost, now that's great service! What made it even better was we spontaneously rented the grandma's scooter for the evening and early morning! Highly recommend this laundry service even if it's a little further from you than other self service ones because seriously, who has time to do their own laundry on vacation in Hanoi!

  Singaporean here on exchange with school. All of the students relied on Mr Bi laundry, who are quick, responsive, and accomodating. Furthermore, upon knowing that there were other deliveries to the building at the same time, they even offered to discount the delivery by half 😭. The staff were very courteous and well spoken in English. Clothes were also neatly folded and stacked carefully. Highly recommend for those looking for cost effective English speaking laundry services.

  Mr Bi, you were truly the highlight of my day! I’ve never experienced this level of flexibility with pick-up and drop-off before. You went above and beyond, especially when you drove back at 11pm to return the suitcase that was accidentally forgotten. That kind of service is rare. My sneakers came back looking brand new and completely dry in just one afternoon, even the inside! I honestly don’t know how you did it, but I’m seriously impressed. On top of that, communication was seamless, with a touch of humor and in perfect English, which made everything so easy. Thank you so much again. I can’t recommend your services highly enough to anyone needing laundry done in Hanoi! Charlie
