  Fantastic self‑service experience! I didn’t have to wait at all to use a washing machine, the instructions were super clear and the dryer had our clothes perfectly dry in just one hour! Highly recommend!

  The place was really clean. Hien was super friendly and happy to help with anything. You can either do your own laundry or just drop it off for them to handle. They also accept both credit cards and cash, so paying is easy

  Great laundry service, I’m really happy I came here. The lady was very kind and spoke good English, she was very clear in her explanations. Right next door there’s another woman who offers hand-washing. I had some stained pieces that wouldn’t have come clean with a regular wash so I gave them to her and she did an amazing job. All the stains were removed which I honestly didn’t expect. In these both places my clothes were washed perfectly with great care taken for different fabrics (sportswear, delicate items, colors, etc.) which I really appreciated. Everything was done the same day (communication via WhatsApp) and the price was very reasonable. I’m quite picky with my laundry, especially while traveling for a long time. I fully trust them and I 100% recommend both services!

  The GPS takes you a couple of stores to the east of the actual shop. At night you can see the giant circular logo on the street to easily find it. For $1 US more, they will do the washing for you. They do a fantastic job with washing and folding. All done within 90 minutes so drop off and have a meal and it is ready for pickup. Highly recommended! Great family working that are super nice.

  Anh is the best! She always takes care of everything perfectly — super friendly, professional, and really pays attention to detail. My clothes always come back clean, fresh, and neatly folded. She makes doing laundry so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend her and this laundromat! And it’s infront of coffee shop aswell

  Best laundromat in Hanoi! I’m so glad I travelled a bit further from my hotel to use this place. I was dropped off in Hanoi at almost 8pm from a five day tour. I’m being picked up in less than 12 hours to start another tour and had so much laundry I needed to get done. I arrived at the laundrette expecting to be sat there for a while doing my washing, but even at that time of night they offered a service wash and it was turned around in less than two hours. You can of course do it yourself with their state of the art and easy to use machines. Went to pick up all my lovely clean dry clothes which have been neatly folded and smell so fresh. I also left some special instructions for my favorite linen trousers but I need not have worried. The owner is absolutely lovely and I highly recommend this place to fellow travellers. So much cheaper than paying to get it done in the hotels too. They also do collection and delivery!

  So happy this existed near my hotel. Dramatically made my life here so much easier with the full service. Basically dropped my laundry and asked for the full service. Just do your thing and come back to take before they close at 10.30pm. The staff there are very helpful
