  Great laundry service. Only a few minutes away from where we were staying. The lady explained to us how the machines worked and the process. We came back the next evening to do our wash and dry separately. Very economical. You can pay for tokens by cash, card, QR. Large, clean machines. Couple of late opening cafes around the corner to wait. Would be good to have a couple of seats to wait inside but the place is quite small and warm. Would highly recommend - clothes were clean and smelled good!

  Very good service, fast and affordable. This is the nicest, cleanest and only laundry that is legit and reliable in Hanoi. We checked around but most in the maps are closed or not accessible. They also have toilet. If you're also looking for one, go directly here.

  The staff is friendly and I got my laundry within just an hour. Very convenient esp if you're travelling. Highly recommend this laundry shop in Hanoi.

  Such a nice and convenient place to drop off your laundry, go about your day and pick it up later. Their service is straightforward, and friendly and helpful staff as well. 🫶 Definitely coming back on my next trip to Hanoi. (The picture is irrelevant but cute)

  Small but nice laundry, I left my clothes with the kind staff, and they returned them clean and dry after two hours. Great service and good price

  Awesome self serve laundromat…and the gracious attendant was more than happy to help choose a cycle for a big load (convenient in a washer-dryer unit). We took her recommendation where to grab a bowl of chicken pho while the cycle was going and returned in time to pick up clean, fresh clothes.

  I can’t imagine a better laundromat! Anywhere! They took all my clothes and said to come back in 2 hours. Everything was done and folded for me. Super nice staff and they speak English. Extremely clean, also. I highly recommend.

  Had to do laundry quickly as we were leaving Hanoi the following morning. Had difficulty finding self-service that accepted coins. We found this place online. Trang was working and helped us with the process. She was very kind and helpful. It is a little more expensive than most self-service, but this seems more like a hybrid service. Trang had our clothes folded and bagged when we returned. Thank you!
