We handed our laundry in at 10am and picked it up dry and folded at 5.30pm the same day. At a fraction, yes a fraction of the cost that the hotel wanted to charge us. Would reccomend from our experience

The first time I had my coat dry cleaned, i got it earlier than the promised schedule, they even messaged me and informed me it’s ready for pick up. The dry cleaning was perfect, very clean and very cheap. They’ve been my go to even since.

They did an amazing job, the price was good. I got there at 16:00 and they delivered all my clothes at 19:00 at my hotel. Because i needed it back in 3 hours there were extra costs but still a good price. If you wanna wash your clothes and have good service go to this place. They messaged me when it was ready and they were always very kind to me.

The services was fast and the laundry smells good. Unfortunately, they were not able to get our white clothes clean. The socks are still dirty and also a white shirt still has the yellow spots from sun scream.

I gave a bag with new and old clothing, they didn't even remove any of the labels or ironed anything i found the labels and stickers of it on different clothings and that for 50k per kg is a VERY bad deal. For me never again no quality service

I did drop off laundry with expedited service for a 50% surcharge. While they managed to deliver the laundry on time my. Clothes came back with multiple stains on all of my clothes. I don't know whether there was a malfunction with the machine or if they added my clothes in with a lot of other stained or oiled clothes. I had my clothes laundered again at a different place and they couldn't remove the stains. Some of my irreplaceable custom shirts are now forever ruined. I highly recommend that you stay away from this place.

Very disappointed. 50k per kg, no WhatsApp message to say when they were ready, and the clothes came back with mud on them and smelled like old sweat as if they hadn't been washed at all. I don't recommend at all. I font usually leave bad reviews as it's not doing any good but you should do better for that price!!! Now I feel ashamed wearing my clothes in public train because of the smell of sweat.

Paris Laundry taught me something important: just because a place looks polished doesn’t mean the system behind it is awake. I went there because the reviews sounded promising. “40k per kg,” they said. Wonderful. By the time I arrived, inflation had apparently entered the chat because suddenly it was 50k. Fine. Life moves on. My clothes weighed slightly under 2 kg, but I got charged for the full 2 anyway. Also fine. We’re already negotiating with reality at this point. The real problem started with the delivery. I dropped my clothes off at 11 a.m. and was told they’d be ready the next day at 11. Since I had meetings and checkout chaos ahead of me, I specifically requested hostel delivery. Gave all the details. Everything seemed sorted. Next day, 11 a.m. comes. Nothing. 11:15. Nothing. 11:30. Still nothing. Now I’m sitting there with luggage, work calls, checkout pressure, and no clothes. So I walk back to the shop myself, and the guy who handled everything? Gone. Different staff member there, and she looked like she had just been introduced to the concept of laundry delivery five seconds earlier. I honestly felt bad for her because she seemed more responsible than the actual system running the place. To be fair, the clothes were folded nicely. I haven’t fully inspected whether my wardrobe survived the experience, but at that point I was too tired to start a forensic investigation. For a place called Paris Laundry, I expected a little less confusion and a little more… France. Or at the very least, basic coordination. Expensive, disorganized, and somehow stressful enough to make me miss handwashing clothes in a hostel sink. That’s an achievement.
