  my shoes haven’t been this clean since i bought them, all my clothes smell amazing and were folded perfectly!! An amazing price aswell and picked up a few hours after we dropped them off

  Easy to work with. I dropped off and they brought back to my hotel same day. Everything was fresh and neat. Easy to communicate with on WhatsApp.

  Polite and Quick service, we dropped off our clothes at 8am in the morning 4.5kg plus shipping to hotel, since we had a tour that day and couldnt pick it up. Our clothes was ready, and nicely folded and packaged in our hotel lobby at around 10pm. I must commend the effort of this service, even though we didnt even pay for same day delivery. It all came to 260k VND. This review is in writing after we paid, so we didnt get a discount. Would definitely reccomend this service.

  We used their services three times during our stay in Hanoi. Great prices, laundry done on time, fresh smelling clean clothes! They also bent over backwards for us, we missed our laundry pick up 5 minutes and had an early flight out the next day. The shops was closed and the owner had left to go home. I called and he made arrangements to get my laundry later that night. They have Shoe cleaning: After two weeks in Hanoi my shoes were dirty... recommend their shoe cleaning services, I now have Happy Feet!

  We had a good experience. Fast turnaround, and they delivered our neatly folded garments back to our hotel for a very small fee. We didn’t have any issues with additional stains as mentioned in other reviews.

  Avoid washing your whites here! They may come back with more stains and an off-white tint. Stains on colored clothing don’t always come out completely either. The service is quick, and the clothes do smell clean, but not in a fresh, fragrant way. If you value your whites, take them elsewhere.

  I walked in for the laundry service and it was immediately accepted by the staff. I took next day pick up and got 20k discount for the review. My shoes are pretty clean. But the stains on my pants remain. I think they’re not using effective detergents. Go for it if you need an urgent cleaning.

  Washing is not done properly - the clothes have stains and don’t feel like washed - pls before packing pls check yourself . Apart from that, I am really happy with the kind hospitality and service give by mr Toan . All the best to him and the business
