  Very clean and easy to use laundry, full service and self service available. Helpful attendant on site and card payment accepted. Laundry washed and dried in about an hour, detergent and conditioner automatically supplied by machine. Reasonable prices too with free wifi.

  Hanoi can be dustier and more polluted than I expected, so I used this place regularly to keep my clothes clean. If you are like me and prefer doing your own laundry rather than dropping it off at a hotel or a person-to-person service, I highly recommend this spot. Convenience: There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, so you can easily grab a bite while you wait. Also, there are benches at the entrance and in front of the machines, so you can sit and wait comfortably inside if you prefer. Quality: My clothes came out fluffy after drying, and the fabric softener smelled wonderful. It felt so good to have fresh, clean clothes. Things to note: Manual Switch: Since it’s a manual process, you do need to return to the shop after the wash cycle to move your clothes to the dryer. Suggestion: I wish they provided plastic bags to carry the clean clothes back to the hotel. It would be a great addition for travelers.

  Love it so clean and a lady is here to help us to operate the machine. Love can use Apple Pay and it’s such reasonable price for foreigners. Highly recommend for long stay

  Great place to get your laundry done! This location features six brand-new washer and dryer sets. You can choose between full same-day service or convenient self-service options. The space is very clean, with a dedicated folding area. Prices include detergent, but dryer sheets are not provided. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient place for all your laundry needs! Prices are very reasonable, which makes it even better.

  Super easy and fast! Clothes are clean, folded without wrinkles and smell good. Process for full-service: WhatsApp message the number by the pay station, they text you back with the code for a little lockbox in the back. This has a key to a locker. Put your stuff in locker, send pic, lock locker, keep key. In a few hours, check back, they text you a pic of your clean clothes in a bag and an itemized invoice for your order. Pick up clothes, leave money in locker, send pic of money, lock locker, return key. Very very simple.

  No problems here. Very efficient set up. Either do it yourself of attendant will do it for you for a small fee. Both washing and drying available. Would recommend.

  I am extremely disappointed with this laundry service and would advise others to avoid it. The Service: Closed When It Should Be Open The absolute worst part is the misleading 24-hour claim. Despite their repeated insistence in online comments and on their signage that they operate 24/7, I went tonight (September 7th at around 11 PM) and found the shop completely closed. This is especially frustrating as I've seen them claim previous closures were due to a "payment issue" that they supposedly fixed. Clearly, the problem persists, and they are falsely advertising their hours, which wastes customers' time. Quality and Staff Issues Even when the shop is open, the service is poor: Laundry Quality: My clothes came out of the wash with no fresh scent whatsoever. They simply smelled clean, not fragrant or fresh as you would expect from a paid laundry service. Rude Staff: On a previous visit, the employee I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and very rude when I asked a simple question. Their unprofessional attitude makes the entire experience unpleasant. In summary, this business has significant problems with service quality, staff behavior, and, most importantly, unreliable and dishonest operating hours. I wasted a trip tonight based on their false promises. Avoid this place if you need reliable, quality service.
