  Dropped it off at 6pm and picked it up at 9am the next morning. Everything was clean and folded nicely. Price was 40K/kg which is pretty cheap compared to the other shops. It’s pretty hard to find since the door is closed. Watch out for the laundry sign and ring the bell, they will come 😊 anyway I highly recommend this place 👍🏼

  Great. As others have said, ring the doorbell (it is a black button kinda high up) and someone will come to help. I weighed laundry and was told it would be ready to next day at 5pm. Everything was nicely folded, was 40k / kg, and overall super happy.

  A bit harder to find, but if you follow the signs on the street from the hotel, you will find it quite easily. There is a buzzer and Laundry sign. Price is 40k/kg and the clothes come neatly folded. Wait time is one day and the lady was sweet. Would use again!

  To be honest, I have nothing to compare this to because I've only had my laundry done once since I've been in Vietnam. The place seemed a little sketch at first because it's more of a mom and pop type place, but this old lady got the job done. The price was average compared to other laundry service places at 40,000 dong per kilo. We dropped off 6.5 kilos of clothes, which she rounded up to 7k. Fine. She wrote down our total and when it would be ready, the next day at 3PM, about 30 hours later. The clothes came back folded so flatly and smelled clean, but not super fragrant. I only wish we could have picked it up sooner.

  Had a great and straightforward experience with this small laundry shop. I handed them 3 people's worth of clothes (10kg for 40k/kg) at 5pm and they had it ready by the following day at 4pm. They write up a small receipt on note paper upon drop off, which you can show again at pick up time. All the clothes were nicely sorted, cleaned, and folded for us to take home in separate bags. All of us were very satisfied with the service! Be prepared for longer wait times than other local laundry services. In exchange, the pricing and quality was very fair. Would easily go to them again. 👍

  A little hard to find down a small alley. Ring the bell for service if the door is closed. Super friendly lady who helped my group get a total of 16kg of laundry done in less than 12 hours. Fantastic service for a fair price and quick turnaround.

  I paid 400k dong for 7kilos of clothes,I know that too much for but I wouldn’t mind if they would come back clean

  Wouldn’t recommend it. Takes longer than other services around, charged us more money than previously agreed to some clothes came back still dirty while others got stained red
