  This Laundry shop saved me! The day before I attended a wedding I had a stain on my silk dress and they knew exactly how to clean the dress without damaging the delicate material. They were able to clean the dress very quickly and were super friendly. Amazing service! Thank you so much!

  5/5 stars! I recently used Tiệm giặt là LINN Laundry and was blown away by their exceptional service. Not only did they do an outstanding job with our laundry, but they also demonstrated remarkable honesty by returning money found in our clothing. The staff's patience and professionalism made the experience seamless. Highly recommended!

  Service is fine. However, 1 green t-shirt from number 2783 did not come back from the laundry (15-16 June) and I found out after leaving Hanoi. Will be back tomorrow in Hanoi to take my airplane and will go to the laundry to check if they have found it.

  We had a really bad experience at LINN laundry, 4 of our shirts came back with gross black and blue stains all over them. After going back to ask what happend they told us that it could not be their fault. We argued for an hour to explain that our recently bought shirts hadnt been washed before and therefore we knew that it happend here, but because we didnt have prove they were not going to give any compensation. 4 shirts worth more dan 200 euros together totally ruined, thanks LINN laundry.

  This was honestly the worst laundry experience we’ve had so far, after two months of travelling. Four of our lighter shirts are completely ruined by stains, coming from the machines. We came back to the laundry service to ask what could have possibly happened. The lady who worked there said that it wasn’t their fault and said that we were in the wrong for not having evidence that the clothes weren’t stained before their washing service. We explained that one of the shirts wasn’t even a week old and therefore couldn’t have been stained beforehand, but it made no difference to them. They said there was nothing they could do for us. No compensation, nothing. Now 200€ are down the drain, thanks to Linn Laundry.
