  Super friendly staff and a really smooth experience overall. All my clothes came back perfectly clean and neatly folded, and the service was very fast as well. I contacted them around 10 a.m. through Facebook Messenger, though they also have WhatsApp available on their Google Maps page. I dropped off my clothes at around 10:20, and by 3 p.m. I already received a message saying everything was ready for pickup. They offer an express service that takes around 4 to 6 hours for an additional 15K VND per kilo. The normal price is 35K VND per kilo for under 2 kilos and 25K VND per kilo for over 2 kilos, which I found very reasonable. Definitely recommended if you need laundry done in Hanoi 🙂

  The staff were very kind and communication via Whatsapp was great. This laundry service is remarkably quick and convenient. On top of that, the clothes smelled wonderful after the cleaning.

  I stumbled upon this laundromat by chance while strolling around the neighborhood. That day I needed to wash my clothes urgently to catch my night bus to Sapa, and the owner was very helpful. The clothes were clean, fragrant, and neatly folded. I will definitely return if I have the chance to come back to Hanoi. Highly recommended for tourists and locals alike!

  Good experience, cheap prices. Clothes were ready within one day and returned neatly folded. The reason for the missing star is that the clothed didn’t have great smell after like i used to with other places😌
