  I've asked for an Express Laundry and the shop made ist possible!!! I brought my clothes at about 4 pm and could pick ist up at 7 pm. Clean and with nice fragrance:) Thank you very much!

  I messaged to have a pickup and within 15 minutes a lovely lady arrived. I pre paid in cash and had the clothes washed, folded and delivered to my hotel within 6 hours. Fabulous service will be recommending to everyone that stays in Hanoi

  Great place and excellent service. We were staying at a hotel nearby and it was awesome to have them so close. They are fairly priced and had our clothes ready by the following day. Highly recommend.

  Its a very good service. All my clothes are washed, dried and folded for a good price. Would definitely come here again if I needed laundry done.

  Only had two pieces to wash since I did my laundry somewhere else. That laundry place turned my shirt yellow and did not get the mud stains off my sweatpants. I went to this laundry place and they were able to get it off, as well as make my shirt back to the beige white colour it was before!

  Great service at an affordable price. I really appreciate their prompt communication and quick turnaround. They picked up our clothes at 8 pm and returned them clean, neatly folded next day before 2 pm. We’ll definitely use Tom’s Laundry service again.

  Same day service if brought early enough. 1$USD/Kg of laundry. They were nice to us even though we lost our ticket.
