  Great place to stay, quiet area.l, but close to everything. Comfortable, spacious rooms, equipped with a working kitchen, and a washing machine. The housekeeper is amazing, and the owner is approachable and helpful. We liked this place so much we have been here four times, in four different rooms, and have been happy with the quality and price of the room. We will come again if we are back in Hanoi.

  I spent several nights on 2 occasions and I was extremly satisfied. Apppartments are wide, clean and very functionnal. You can cook and do your laundry. Bihn, the manager, is friendly and very reactive on whatsapp. Only 10 min walking from Old Quarter, in a quiet neighborhood. The best!

  Its a hidden gem. Located in a quiet area of the city but within walking distance to the train street. Apartment is decked out with all amenities and is extremely comfortable. Having a washing machine was a life saver. Only complaint would be the TV position as well as the cloth hanging contraption is very old, ended up hurting myself with it. The toilet had an electronic bidet but it didn't work. Though for the price cant complain. The host is amazing and he was very helpful during checkin. This is gonna be my goto spot for staying in hanoi in the future.

  If you are looking for a place that feels like home, Zody House is it. We stayed here in late November and loved the location—it is peaceful and quiet, yet very convenient for visiting major spots in the city. The hospitality was outstanding; the host was very supportive with all our needs, and the caretaker was absolutely sweet. A perfect mix of comfort, silence, and convenience.

  I had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely comfortable, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. Although the famous Train Street was just 500 meters away, the location was perfectly tucked away from the chaos of the Old Quarters, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. All my needs were thoughtfully taken care of, making it a truly pleasant and hassle-free experience.

  A wonderful, quiet and comfortable place to stay in Hanoi. The host communicated well and provided clear instructions on how to enter the building. The bed was great (soft mattress), the curtains were good at blocking out light and the area it’s in is quiet enough to allow for good sleep. Also having a bath is great and the toilet was a fun Japanese style one. They also let us do our laundry, (using their washer and dryer for free). It also had a kitchen with some equipment so you could cook if you want to. For a quiet, comfortable place well located to the tourist of Hanoi while still being noisy, I recommend this apartment.

  Owner is friendly and helpful. Got all the basic needs apart from tissue box. Considered to be spacious compared to accommodation in the old quarter. Close to train street, but on a quiet street. Quite comfortable for someone who is worried about noises.
