  I had a great experience renting a bike here and highly recommend this shop. Communication was very quick and easy through WhatsApp, and the whole rental process was smooth and simple from start to finish. The bike was in good condition and ran perfectly during my trip, so I felt comfortable using it every day. The owner is very kind and helpful, and his son Steve speaks excellent English, which made communication even easier. Even when speaking directly with the owner, there was no problem at all—he uses Google Translate very well, so everything was clear and hassle-free. I originally rented the bike for two days, but I liked it so much that I extended for one more day. If I come back to Hanoi in the future, I will definitely rent a bike here again. They also kindly provided a free raincoat, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The price is reasonable, the service is excellent, and the overall experience was great. I think travelers can confidently rent a bike here. Thank you for the great rental service!

  I highly recommend hiring a scooter from here - lovely family to deal with and very affordable rates. My bike was great and when I returned a day early they even refunded me the additional day which I didn’t ask for. I’ll be hiring from here again when I return to Hanoi!

  The gentleman was very kind and helpful. I rented a scooter for the Ha Giang loop tour and he made sure I got everything I needed: even let me know that the police can sometimes deliberately give tourists a hard time hoping to get some money. Best value and also the cheapest price compared to other rentals I’ve been to. Would recommend

  excellent service and price. my motorbike wasn't new, but okay condition. they gave me motorbike with luggage rack as i asked for travel North Vietnam. the owners is friendly. i am 100% satisfied and recommend.

  Got automatic scooter for 1 week here. Best price in town. Good service, fast communication on WhatsApp. Contact them to check availability, they are very in demand. Drove to Ninh Binh - Cat Ba. No problems👌they offer charger adapter as well and raincoat. *check if your helmet has no issues, and is not loose (applies to any rental in Vietnam) 😁

  To be honest, it’s one of the best motorbike shops. Local family run business. The family is super kind. They treat you with ultimate respect. They will go out of their way to guide you with all your road trips. They have the best rates. I will any day prefer to rent back with them instead of foreigner run businesses like Tigit, Style Motorbike, 13535. Just one downside, the motorbike’s speedometer and fuel meter didn’t work which gave me some range anxiety for 2-3 days. While this motorbike on full tank runs for about 100-130 km. I rented for 3 weeks and went to do big loop on North of Vietnam and then went to Ninh Binh for a relaxing ride. The motorbike ran perfectly.

  Foreigners friendly, the son of the owner is fluent in english so the communication is easy. No problem with the motorbike. New helmets and really nice owners. I recommend the place 100%. Ps : 100 000 dong/ day for the basic motorbike. Deposit 1 000 000 & one of your ID.

  Awesome owner!! He made us sit inside his house and gave water. Such a generous owner, he cleaned helmets and gave us sun coat. The price is so cheap. Small things like these make humans great✌🏻🙌🏻 One of the best people I have met in Vietnam. Behind my picture, that’s the owner.
