  Everything went well, rented for 4 days. The electric scooter is great - Powerful enough for Hanoi. There was still 35% battery when I returned it and I was driving it every day. He will swap the battery if you need more juice, no need to charge. The owner is very responsive and everything was done very quick. You can either leave a deposit or passport. I left my passport and it was returned straight away as I returned the scooter. Can only recommend. When I come back to Hanoi I will rent from this place again. Thank you Trinh!

  So I wanted to rent an electronic bike on the last day of the lunar year and the shop managed to get it delivered to my place right on the same day despite everything else has been shut down. Very responsive. Good service and vehicle in good condition. I will definitely rent from them again.

  As of April 2025, 180k/day rental, 5M deposit or passport. No rental contract, but MD license plate to ride without a license needed. Motorcycle in OK condition, and owner responsive on Whatsapp. Making it a bit more legit, and providing cleaner motorcycle and gear would earn 5 ⭐
