  I rented a car here for two days and the owner was extremely thoughtful and attentive. The car itself was in very good condition, which made the experience smooth and comfortable. Unfortunately, the traffic in Hanoi is truly overwhelming and quite frightening, so my family decided to return the car earlier than planned. Nevertheless, this was still a very positive rental experience overall, and I truly appreciate the excellent service provided.

  I'm really glad I found this rental place. The bike is great, the price is great, and the owner is awesome and super friendly. I highly recommend it to everyone! If we ever need an e-bike again, we'll definitely go back to him!

  Owner was really accommodating and helpful. Bike is awesome and we had wonderful time on it and saved couple bucks instead of grab.

  The scooter Vinfast Feliz was in good condition, I enjoyed riding it in the city streets. Pretty powerful for two people even in eco-mode. Deposit was 2 mln or a passport. The staff speaks English and was accessible online (Facebook), answered promptly. But the battery loses power quickly. We only managed to make 40 km and it lost 60% (72 > 12%) of charge. We were given a charger but anyway it’s not much. Also we have booked a scooter the day before but when I came to pick it up the scooter was gone. I had to wait for 30-40 minutes in order for the staff to bring and prepare another scooter. And moreover there was no phone holder available. but the rest was good.
