  **Outstanding 5-Star Service in Hanoi!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We rented 8 Honda CB500X & NX500 bikes for a 10-day tour alongside a Ford Ranger support truck. Some of the motorcycles were newer models and others slightly older, but overall, the fleet's condition was definitely highly satisfying. Upon arrival, a few top boxes and chargers were missing. We raised it with the team, and their mechanics worked through the night to source and install everything. By the next morning, every single bike was perfectly equipped and ready to go. The support truck service, the driver (Mr. Son), and the coordination with him throughout the trip were absolutely excellent. Tram Pham went above and beyond - helping with our itinerary, recommending hotels, and showing incredible flexibility. Highly recommended for any riding group in Vietnam!

  I rented a hounda air blade 125cc for a road trip from Hanoi to Sa-Pa and back to Hanoi, I got good discount because I rented it for a whole week (300.000vnd/day), I got good service, they brought the bike with half tank which was enough for almost two hours of driving, they installed a phone holder and helped me tie my bag with straps that they gave me. The other luggage they kept safe at the office and because they asked for the passport as a deposit they gave me two paper copies of the passport and sent my a photo of the relevant pages on WhatsApp. I cannot recommend enough on the trip to sapa and back with this company, it was one in a lifetime experience. Very professional staff, lovely!

  Outstanding service, incredible value. I took a bike for 10 days it drove perfect you could tell it had been serviced. Moon also gave me 2 helmets and bungee straps for my luggage. These guys are really good the best in hanoi in my opinion. See you next time guys 🏍️🫶🏻

  Vietnam with Flamingo Travel Apr 2025 • Friends We (four travellers) have just completed our fourth self guided trip with Flamingo Travel. 2 x Kawasaki 250 and 2 x Honda NSX500 The number of trips that we have done, always returning to Flamingo Travel speaks a lot for their reliability of service, recommended accommodation, route guidance, quality of machinery and advice. This trip itinerary was proposed by us and reviewed by Flamingo with all of their advice and recommendations adopted. Knowing that the bikes will be reliable, the accomodation clean and comfortable (and in some instances surprisingly luxurious) make planning such trips so much easier. Communication is easy, queries are resolved quickly, and the staff are easily contactable at all times. After four trips (across the length and breadth of Vietnam) I can recommend Flamingo Travel as being constantly reliable, they are a known quantity and I constantly recommend them to friends considering a trip to Vietnam be it by motor cycle or any other means of travel. We are already talking about our next trip..........

  Good motorbike rental in Hanoi. I rented a motorbike for 5 days while I was in Hanoi. The motorbike was in very good condition and everything worked perfectly. The employee, Micky, is very friendly and helpful. I can recommend renting a motorbike here to anyone. The price was 150k per day for a Honda Blade.

  Had a great ride with flamingo hanoi motorbike today, did an amazing tour with the owner, writing from Hanoi city North and into the country, through rice fields, temples, mountains and villages. What an incredible ride. The motorcycle was in great shape, I rode a Kawasaki Versys, but he has otherbikes available, even a royal enfield sidecar rig! I've done motorcycle tours all over the world, Spain Portugal Italy Morocco Croatia Thailand. Flamingo hanoi motorbike is top notch! They do Jeep tours and can also do multiple day/week trips on motorcycles, i can't wait to come back and do a week long trip.

  Rented a Kawasaki 2019 250cc model from this place for 2 weeks. The bikes were used to drive from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh city. We had no issues with the bikes what so ever and got to our final destination in one peace. Highly recommend the 250cc if you are doing a very long journey and the smaller ones if you are just doing a day trip. The Motorcross bikes are great for the roads in Vietnam as it's a mix of rough terrain to highway and the cross bikes offer the flexibility to travel anywhere with its soft suspensions. If you are doing a one way trip, they charge you a $60 return shipping fee. The shop itself is small and not much should be expected of it, and depending if the bike is available at the store itself, you may have to drive to their warehouse just 5mins away. The shop keepers helped us design our 12 day route including when we should take rest days around Vietnam. Feedback to the shop: -One way shipping fee was slightly high. -We were requested to do the maintenance of the bike every 1,000km under our own cost. If we rented the bike for one week and drove it 999km, we wouldn't be paying the maintenance, so it doesn't make sense. -Minimum rental fee was 2 weeks (14days) for long drives when we requested it for 12days. It should be the same as customer requires. Never the less, we had a great experience and recommend this shop for long drive experiences.

  I can really recommend Flamingotravel as a rental company to all adventurers. I rented a 300cc bike for 3 weeks and drove it from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City once completely through Vietnam. The bike was in exemplary condition when I picked it up (new chain, new tires, new engine oil). I even received a package of spare parts for any breakdowns. During my trip, the Flamingotravel team was always available for questions. When I had a small accident with the bike the damage was settled fairly when I returned the bike, here you really notice that they are sincere people with this company. All in all 100% recommendable.
