  Amazing renting Experience from Gia Hung Motorbike Rental 🔥🔥🔥 I texted them if they had an XSR155 bike on my flight day. They had a beautiful bike ready for me, one of the few rental shops that has this bike. This bike fuel economy is elite !! They were quick to give me reassurance when I had doubts renting and leaving my passport as a deposit but in the end it was completely safe. There was no hassle with Handover of bike. They made sure to change engine oil and test the bike before I rented it out, I even was passed saddle bags and flat tire repair kit. I made sure to check the bike before travelling around Vietnam for 16 days, bike was in better condition than I imagined. I went from Hanoi to Cao Bang, to Ha Giang , to Sa Pa, To Ta Xua and back to Hanoi. This really was a solid road bike that got me through my journey in Vietnam. If you respect the shop’s guidelines and rules and understand their high cash deposit or passport deposit was to protect their bikes and ensure we have a good quality bike for our long road trip. Will definitely recommend to rent bikes from here and will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏

  I was in communication before I come to vietnam about renting a bike. Very easy to talk and get prices and this rental shop was the best option. I rented a xr150 from here and I rode over 1600kms to Sapa and then to Ha Giang, stayed and completed the loop and rode back again to the shop in Hanoi. Very well priced and unlimited milage. I chose to buy insurance in case of an accident or breakdown and they would have replaced the bike if I needed it. Highly recommend this shop to rent a bike.

  It’s quite hard to find a dirt bike for rental in Hanoi that feels truly 100%. Most bikes have bad brakes, a broken speedometer, something not working properly, or they have been crashed so many times that you can feel things are no longer aligned correctly. The WR155 I rented from Gia Hung Motorbike Rental was in pristine condition. It was clear they take real pride in maintaining their bikes. Not just enough maintenance to keep them running, but the kind of care that makes them feel almost new, which definitely cannot be said for every rental company here.

  Wonderful and accomodating shop. The bikes here look well taken care of and performed great. No problems at all on our 3 weeks with them. The shop owner loves to ride and gave us tips for places to see and stop if you want.

  Very good company and service. Renting from them 3rd time already this month. Bikes a very good and I drove to a different city. The helmet is also nice and has a clean glass. I even brought the bike one hour later and they haven’t charged me extra at all. Amazing service!

  This is the most thoughtful bike rental service I’ve ever experienced. I shared my planned route with him, and he not only recommended the most scenic roads and must-see spots, but also helped me choose the most suitable bike. Before my trip, he thoroughly checked and took great care of the vehicle. I had a fantastic journey with this bike. His service truly deserves a 5-star rating! 👍

  Had the most amazing experience with Gia Hung motorcycles. Right from the first time I messaged them before I came to Vietnam they were very helpful and quick to reply getting me the right bike I needed for my trip. They helped set up the bike and helmet and provided phone stands and luggage straps. I was only supposed to rent the bike for 1 week but ended up keeping it for 3 and travelled around the whole of Vietnam on it. I did the mountainous regions for 10 days and the 10 days on the Ho Chi Minh trail. Bike was perfect, so comfortable and never had one single issue. The one time I thought it had broke down Gia Hung rang me straight away to help but turns out I just forgot to top up the petrol! They even helped me liase with the police officer when I got pulled over for speeding. I can’t recommend the company highly enough and I was genuinely sad to hand the bike back in.
