  Great rental and honest service. The price was cheaper than other rentals offered. I got pg1 for one month to travel around North Vietnam. It was amazing trip and my motorcycle did a great job. I highly recommend this place.

  Hands down best rental agency in Hanoi. Best bikes. Best people. And the pickup location is in a very nice area/relaxing setting. I rented a Honda ADV 160 that was the perfect size for Vietnam, even riding two up. You can't take bikes on the freeways around Hanoi, so you really never do much more than 60km/h and often much less. Can't wait to go on another adventure!

  Very good company. And the bike is in great condition. They even wash your bike when you rent unlike other companies. The deposit is very low, only few hundred US dollars for this motorcycle so you don’t need to leave your passport . They are very supportive and answer questions very quickly. I’d definitely rent again! Thanks , Viet!

  Had an amazing 7-day trip with the yellow PG 1 from HaiBanh. Top notch service and great communication. Competitive price. Insurance package available, we paid extra for it and everything was great. Highly recommend this rental!

  The quality of the bikes and the level of service at Hai Banh for the 3 years which I rented from them was outstanding. It's a team that cares about their bikes and their customers. They will service and clean the bike for you regularly and they make sure that all their bikes are in great condition. The prices are very fair, too. Super friendly and laid back team and it's been a pleasure. if I'm ever back in Hanoi I'll be sure to rent again from Hai Banh and I recommend you do too. Cheers lads. Your friend, Arron.

  HaiBanh is by far the best motorcycle rental agency I have ever dealt with in Vietnam. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to support you. The rental prices are fair and transparent with a wide range of scooters and motorcycles on offer. They maintain the bikes so you have zero stress to worry about and they offer both short term and long term rentals. I highly recommend HaiBanh for your scooter and motorcycle rentals!

  we took 2 bikes here, both in good condition, almost new in the photo. Everything is serviced. The staff is wonderful. The service is excellent. Thank you very much. I recommend this rental.

  These are the best guys ive rented bikes off in any country and by far the standout rental in Hanoi. The owners are cool, speak perfectly fluent English (lived years abroad) know everything about bikes and are so fair in their dealings. Once they trust you, arriving back a day late and paying post-rental for the unpaid bill is met with a "Cheers thanks mate" rather than an interrogation as ive had in other places. Bikes are cheap, half the price of the Old Quarter, and better quality bikes. If you've any problems, a quick WhatsApp to one of the lads and they'll have their mechanics over to you in a moment regardless what happened. I lost the key to my bike the day I was bringing it back: I nervously texted Trinh thinking I'd have a huge bill... he just smiled and said "Don't worry Shaney, we can sort this out easy". Five minutes later they'd a new official key made and charged me less than the cost of a latte! These guys are gentlemen and legends and such a breath of fresh air compared to the tourist areas "quick buck" style that is sadly too common. Top marks to Hai Banh across all categories 🌟
