  Amazing experience from start to finish Booking was really easy and everything was cleary communicated. Our guide Ben was an excellent host, he went above and beyond to make it a great tour for everyone in our group. All of the accomodation and places he took us to eat were excellent. The trails were amazing. We've all come away from this tour having learnt some new skills. 100/100 couldn't recommend highly enough!

  We rented 2 Honda CB 500’s for 2 weeks in Hanoi from Tigit. We experienced great online service before our arrival and good check in/out the day we picked up the bikes. I did note that the rear tire was worn but was told it was fine. Our trip was a lifetime experience around Ha Giang, Sapa and Northern Vietnam. We did get stopped by police around Ha Giang and the did require a substantial amount of “fine” which we paid. We made sure they took our photo, got us in their system and that cleared for the rest of the trip. At one point the police made us call Tigit and Oliver was right there when I called and talked to the police. About a week into the trip we could see the back tire needed replacement and Tigit again was right there and had a replacement tire sent to our home stay. I really appreciated Tigit being responsive any time we called. The Honda CB500 was amazing and I needed and used both the abs and traction control on the trip. Check in was easy and fast. Tigit is great but Northern Vietnam can be hard on tires so check your bike tires before you start your trip. Fortunately I could count on Tigit when I had an issue.

  Second time I’ve used Tigit and both times the service, staff, experience… everything is fantastic. The bikes are well maintained, the garages are well organized, the advice given and support given is top… I sound like a fanboy - because I am! On my most recent trip I returned the bike 1 day early and got 1 day of the hire fee back, as advertised. Cheers guys, see you again soon!

  Just got back from a 4-day tour with BEN as my guide - it was awesome. Ben is a people person and worked to pace the tour to my riding skill and energy level. I’d give him a 10/10. Before signing up, I pondered if a guide was necessary. Honesty, there is absolutely no way I would have found the small (and fun) single tracks and sub-sized fire roads on my own. Tigit has spent time scouting some awesome tracks to ride. Ben - and I suspect other guides - know the better places to eat and where to stop for fuel. The route was varied, fun, and had the proper amount of challenge; I suspect during rainy periods, there could be a lot of challenge. There’s a lot of vertical and exposure. There’s a lot of scenery. The twisties connecting the trails were as fun as the trails themselves. As an American not exposed to Asian scooters, I even had a blast the last 4 hours of the trip driving back into Hanoi in the MAD 5:00pm traffic. Routes were 10/10 Thanks again to Ben and Tigit for a great tour

  A friend and I rented two Honda CB500Xs for five weeks in total, starting in Hanoi and returning them in HCMC. We traveled all over Vietnam, covering 4500km. We had the bikes quickly checked at Tigit Danang, and everything worked absolutely smoothly and perfectly. No complaints whatsoever. Next time we go to Vietnam, we'll rent from Tigit again. What I particularly liked was the excellent preparation possible by visiting the information and videos on their website. That was very helpful for someone who was driving for the first time in Vietnam. Thank you very much. Regards, Gerhard.

  We had an incredible experience with Ben from Tigit Motorcycles on our 5-day off-road enduro tour in the northwest of Vietnam. From start to finish, everything was expertly organised, and Ben truly made the trip unforgettable. What really stood out was his ability to teach and guide at the same time. He didn’t just lead the ride — he actively helped us improve our riding skills every day, offering practical tips and encouragement that made a noticeable difference in our confidence and ability on the bike. The routes were absolutely stunning. We rode through some of the most beautiful and remote scenery in the northwest of Vietnam — mountains, valleys, and small local villages that you’d never find on your own. The mix of terrain was perfect: plenty of off-road trails to keep things exciting, tailored to our skill levels but also challenging enough to push us and develop our abilities. Ben struck the perfect balance between adventure and safety, always making sure we were comfortable while still giving us a proper enduro experience. If you’re looking for a genuine off-road adventure in Vietnam with a knowledgeable, patient, and passionate guide, I can’t recommend this enough. It was easily one of the highlights of our trip.

  Just completed the 4 day NW tour of Vietnam with guide Ben. I had high hopes for this tour and it exceeded expectations! It was a great balance of scenic, challenging,and experiencing authentic Vietnam. Ben’s knowledge, skills, and easy going demeanor gave me the confidence to tackle any terrain even though I had been off the bike for 20 years. Highly recommend for those who seek adventure and seeing so many hidden gems in this country!

  Hello everyone! I want to give very positive review about Tigit Motorbikes. Since the begining I met professional approach with all advices regarding route, bike, clothes. After some time on bike in Vietnam I would share my thought about the trip. I watched all videos of Tigit on YouTube and I recommend do the same. Its worth to go to the north west if you are above average driver but remember about: 1. Weather, its super tricky, in the mountains is very local. Can be super hot and in half an hour cold, foggy and rainy, be prepared for everything. 2. Clothing, if you go to the mountains prepare few layers, be ready for every tyle of weather even in dry season. 3. Motorbike, I took Honda XR150 and its more than enough. You wont use power of bigger bike on those roads if youre Av speed is 40 km/h or even lower sometimes. 4. Time calc, always add around 20% to the time which google shows you, its very important when you plan your legs and logistics. 5. International driver license, dont go without it. I was stopped 3 times in 1 hour during Ha Giang. Tickets are super expensive. Its not worth. Extra tip, you can have obscured plate with mud and police dont care. You are out of speed cameras eyes 😃 Best regards and thank you Tigit!
