  Really good service. Anytime I had any minor issue with the bike I would call out and they would either fix it immediately or give me a different bike while they did the repairs. If I was going j on a long bike trip I would pop into the rental centre beforehand and they would check that it was good to go. Recommended this place to loads of my friends and I will continue to do so. Pictured is my bike Rina, my pride and joy for the last 4 months who I will have to return on Sunday as I am going back to Ireland :( If anyone ends up renting Rina in the future (very recognizable with the stickers on the front) I would love if you could send me updates on how she is doing! Hahaha

  I had an excellent experience renting a motorcycle here. The owner was very professional, friendly, and accommodating, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Communication was clear, and everything was well-organized. The motorcycle I rented was in great condition—very smooth to drive, well-maintained, and reliable throughout my trip. I felt safe and comfortable using it, which made my experience even better. When I returned the motorcycle, his wife was just as kind and welcoming. She returned my deposit immediately without any hesitation, which I really appreciated. It really shows how trustworthy and professional they are. They genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to ensure everything is in excellent condition. If you encounter any issues, they are quick to respond and very helpful in resolving them. Overall, their service is reliable, efficient, and customer-focused. The whole experience was stress-free and pleasant. I highly recommend him and to anyone looking for a quality motorcycle rental with outstanding service! Thanks again

  We visited this scooter rental and were extremely satisfied. Everything went smoothly, very professionally, yet with a truly human and friendly approach. The owner himself was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. He patiently explained everything and made sure we felt comfortable and safe. The scooter was in excellent condition, and the whole experience was simply a joy. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable rental with a fair and warm approach 💛🛵

  I have been renting here over a year, i live in smart city, i get a great services, every month the owner come to us to service and check a bike, if bike has any problems they will fix for free. This is a great rental shop in hanoi, i tried some before but they are no good. Highly recommend!

  I loved my bike!!! The manager Thanh was so helpful he helped anytime there was a problem. They also deliver & pick up the bike. I loved my bike & named Kody 🫶🏾

  Good prices for good motorbikes. We have visited some other rentals and this one is the best (in another shop we were suggested to take a bike with milestone of 130.000 km — what a joke) We took Honda PCX 160cc for two people. It's a little bit big for the city traffic but really comfortable for 1-2 day trips like Halong or Ninhbinh

  We rented a bike for 6 bikes, very nice shop, owner is friendly and helpful, shop has many kind of motorbikes and scooters. They are new model, and shop give us nice prices too. If you are in Hanoi and look for a good shop here it is the best shop for you.
