  Me and 2 friends bought 3 semi automatic motorbikes from James at a very reasonable price. We drove them north around Hai Giang and then all the way down the country to Ho Chi Minh - where we were then put in contact with James’ brother who we sold the bikes back too. The bikes were in great condition the whole trip and made it through all weather conditions. The process of buying the bikes and then selling them was very easy with no problems at all. James and his brother Leo were fantastic, highly recommend if you are looking for motorbikes in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh.

  Two friends and I purchased motorbikes from James in Hanoi, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The bikes were in excellent condition from the outset, priced very reasonably, and fully inspected before we arrived to collect them. After riding nearly 3,000 km from Hanoi up to Ha Giang and then all the way south to Ho Chi Minh City, we can confidently say the bikes were incredibly reliable throughout the journey. Our contract also included a buy-back option in Ho Chi Minh City at a percentage of the original purchase price, which made the whole process smooth and completely hassle-free. The handover at the end of our trip was quick and easy — special thanks to Leo for making it so straightforward!

  I rent a Honda XR150 for one month to visit the hole north of Vietnam and it was a great experience. Even if the motorbike it isn't brand new it's well maintained. The communication with James was always easy and he was responsive if I had any issue.

  Smooth and Hassle-Free Motorbike Rental. Renting a motorbike here was very easy and straightforward. The owner, James himself, handled the entire process—from choosing and checking the bike to negotiating the price and completing the deal. Payment was made in cash, and they required either a passport or a deposit of around 5 million VND (the amount may vary depending on the motorbike selected). As always, make sure to read the rental agreement carefully and understand everything before signing. We rented a Honda Air Blade 125cc, which was simple and comfortable to ride. The bike performed perfectly throughout our rental—no breakdowns, no issues, and nothing unusual at all. Helmets were also available for rent. James is a great guy and very committed to the agreement we made. We were happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you, James — cảm ơn!

  James and his staff are fantastic, friendly, and professional. They have well-maintained bikes with new tires and brakes. All models are recent, and the prices are reasonable. I haven't had any problems with the bike in 15 days of rental and 2,000 km. James also gave me valuable advice and was always available. I hope to return to Hanoi soon! Grazie!!! Alessandro

  I’m extremely grateful to James for all his help during our trip. We rented a 125cc Honda Airblade for my father, and the bike performed exceptionally well at a very reasonable price. On top of that, James was incredibly helpful whenever we needed assistance and was very fair when it came to the purchase of my bike, which I bought from one of his partners in Ho Chi Minh City. If you’re in Hanoi and looking to rent or buy a motorbike for a trip around Vietnam, I highly recommend going to James without any hesitation. He is honest, easy to negotiate with, easy to reach, and always willing to help. We truly appreciate all the support, assistance, and excellent service he provided throughout our journey.

  Super easy rental. James is very accommodating and has a good range of bikes. The shop is available if you ever need them, luckily I didn't because the Honda I rented for 2 months was in top condition. Highly recommend over other Hanoi shops which offer a less personal service. Got my cash deposit back immediately on return. Thanks guys

  James Hanoi and his staff are first class Viets. He seems very passionate about his motobike business and definitely is the guy to go see if you're near Old Quarter and in need of another with 2 weeks and motor 🤙🏾
