  I found these guys on my last part of my trip in Hanoi, they gave me the best rate and so far best scooter I had rented In Hanoi. At one point my battery died on me and I brought the scooter back they stopped what they were doing and took the scooter immediately to get a new battery. I hung out with the Mrs and she introduced me to her pets who were just as nice. I wish I had found these guys when I first got to Hanoi. I would rent from them in a heart beat

  Adorable owners, very nice and available 👍🏼 Bonus : they have a super cute puppy 😬 Good prices and assistance. Scooters are not new and I recommend to stay in Hanoi or around but not to drive long distances like 2h far destinations, to avoid any problems. Best rental at the South of West Lake.

  I hired the moterbike for around 10days. The owner was very kind and flexible to me, and also speaks English so there was no problem of communication. The moterbike was quite new, the price was very affordable too. When I come back I'll definitely contact to the same owner, the overall experience was excellent.

  Very sincere, genuine - super accommodating. Came by to the hotel to pick up the bike free of charge. Great rates. Bike was in good condition, with phone holder as well. Would highly recommend.

  Really good experience. Renting the bikes was very easy and the owner was really nice and accommodating. We didn’t have any issues with the bikes and they even gave us raincoats! I would definitely recommend.

  He picked up the bike for free, which was great since I was busy on the last day. He also provided a raincoat, rope, and other essentials with the bike, so we could use them if needed. He speaks English and is very kind. If I visit Hanoi again, I’ll definitely rent from him!

  They are nice people and it was a hassle free rental experience, easy going and fast. But the bike was in terrible condition. It has not been maintained at all. We had issue in the brakes, tires, blinkers and even the engine and more. It's common here in south east asia that the bikes are not in mint condition, but this was a bit too much. Well we survived though and was that and experiment haha.
