  Check in was simple, deposit was low $75, price seemed about normal 150k dong. they kept in touch and we had a bike start dying at low rpm and took it back and they just gave us another one for a bit and then offered the old one we had before back! Highly recommend!

  I highly recommend this rental service. The motorcycle was in excellent condition. I contacted the owner via WhatsApp and pre-booked it. The price was good, and you can also leave your luggage there while traveling. I enjoyed visiting Vietnam, and when I'm here again, I'll definitely use Pearl Motorbike Rental.

  Highly recommend renting from Ha Noi Pearl Motorbikes! I had a last minute issue with a different rental company, and I needed to find a new one-way motorbike rental leaving the next morning. Ha Noi Pearl Motorbikes was able to accommodate the 12-day rental from Hanoi to Da Nang and had several motorbike options available for rent at a moment's notice - all very affordable as well. The bikes were in excellent condition and did not require any maintenance during the trip. On top of that, the service was spectacular! Pick-up and drop-off were made simple. I received my deposit immediately upon dropping off the bike as well. On top of that, the owners, Anh Thiem and his wife, are very supportive. They gave pointers for driving in Vietnam (e.g., navigating city traffic, driving norms), were super responsive over WhatsApp (i.e., response times within 1-5 minutes), and were very nice in providing recommendations for what to see along my journey. The trip wouldn't have been so successful without HNPM!

  Pearl Motorbikes in Hanoi were absolutely incredible, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they were kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to look after my mum, which meant so much to us and made the whole experience completely stress-free. They helped us plan a guided route that was perfect, and they also organised all of our transport beyond the bikes. They booked us a really comfortable sleeper bus and, when the bus company started giving us grief, Pearl Motorbikes stepped in immediately and made sure there were no problems at all. It was such a relief knowing they had our backs. I also felt completely safe leaving my passport with them as a deposit — they were professional, trustworthy, and transparent, which gave me total peace of mind. On top of that, their pricing was very competitive and actually cheaper than any of the other options we found in the local area. They also organised taxis for us, including taxis to the airport, and everything ran smoothly thanks to them. Their level of service, kindness, and attention to detail went far beyond what we expected. If you’re renting motorbikes or planning travel in Vietnam, Pearl Motorbikes are amazing people who truly care about their customers. We’re so grateful for everything they did for us.

  Such a good experience renting here! Highly recommended, no hassle with pricing and negotiating was straight up and a great price from the start. Took the bike out for about 13 days all throughout the north, didn’t miss a beat. Left my luggage and all was safe and accounted for upon return, very friendly and attentive owner.

  I live in Hanoi and use the shop as my monthly bike rental. The price is totally fair, I’ve had virtually no issues, and when I did the owner was amazingly helpful. Additionally, his English is great and it makes the entire process super easy. 15/10 recommend either for a monthly rental if you’re staying or if you’re taking a bike for an adventure in Hanoi, you’ve found the place. Side note, real review; I just really like my bike and the owner!

  Best place in Hanoi to rent bikes. Fair prices and good quality. My partner and I hired a couple of bikes for three weeks to do a trip of North Vietnam and we had an incredible experience with no bike issues. The owner is also super friendly and helpful giving clear instructions on bike maintenance and good advice on places to visit. Thoroughly recommend 🙌
