  I had an excellent experience renting a motorbike here. The staff were kind and professional, the bike was in perfect condition, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone visiting the area.

  I cannot recommend Ryder enough!! They’re the most attentive and helpful motorbike rental company i’ve used in Hanoi. After having over 8 different bikes from my old company due to a lack of care for the customer or their safety, Ryder is finally a breath of fresh air! They’re polite, English speaking and friendly with modern bikes and affordable prices. They’ve already done so much for me in the month since I started renting! Thank you!!

  Cao is awesome, she goes out of her way to make customers feel welcome and is very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend her if you need a bike!

  Finally I have found reliable company with amazing service, polite English and good price! I rent motorbike monthly and got nice discount for a 6-months contract. Soon I am going to pirchase manual motorbike, but need some driving lessons - so Ryder offered me both - good 2hand motorbike and training lessons! What a gem - find everything in one place. I am grateful I found you guys!

  I am having a amazing experience with Ryder motorbike rentals Team! They are honest and more supportive. I think it's because of the team has only youngsters. Rather than running a business they love bikes. That was my first attraction towards them. The bike was in perfect condition and reliable. Engine is very smooth. The rental rates also reasonable. I am genuinely impressed!

  This company is fantastic! Cao helped us get two wonderful bikes which were very reliable and safe. The bikes had places for phones for our maps and they offered full helmets as well. Cao spoke perfect English and was very concerned with our safety and ensuring we had what was needed to enjoy our northern vietnam experience. Definitely rent from this company - Cao is amazing!!
