  I rented a semi-automatic motorbike for four days to reach a climbing spot outside Hanoi, and the whole experience was excellent. The bike was almost new, with brakes and all indicators working perfectly. It was clearly well maintained and had been serviced just before handover, which gave me a lot of confidence on the road. The helmets provided were proper, high-quality ones — not the typical “fake” helmets you sometimes find — which I really appreciated from a safety perspective. The owner speaks very clear English and prepared a rental contract in English as well. What stood out to me was that I was given plenty of time to read through everything without any pressure, which made the process feel very transparent and professional. The price was fair, and overall I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this bike rental shop to anyone traveling in the area.

  Peter and the guys were very straightforward with communication and had a good selection of bikes. I was looking for a new-ish semi-auto, with all the legit paperwork, and I felt their price was fair with what they were able to offer me. They also offerered a short guarantee on the engine if you are living in Hanoi. Would recommend to anyone. Especially having tried many of the dodgy OQ mechanics and garages before on test drives.

  Peter is so fluent in English. Nice service , so affordable to rent a bike for long time. Mine was rent 1.2M dong for 1 month. The price range might be changed based on the bike models. The mechanic from Cameron 🇨🇲 (I forgot his name, his mom’s name is Margaret as we have the same name,haha) is nice tho.

  By far the best mechanic I've had in the three years I've lived in Hanoi. Peter is honest and explains everything thoroughly and even provides warranties on his work. His prices are very fair and he never tries to pile on things you don't need. Also as an expat his English is very good, so it makes the process much easier. I highly recommend going to Peter if you need work done on your bike or if you're looking to buy a refurbished bike.

  I highly recommend VINABIKE Rental!! I send them a message late at night but they still responded to my request.they are very easy to talk to and very respectful on chat .. I’ve dealt with 3 different motor rentals during my previous travels, but VINABIKE Rental has superb customer service skills.they will really thank you at the end of their service. Unlike other rentals that will just accept your payment and will wait for you to return their motorcycle.then all done . VINABIKE Rental will make you feel valued as a client

  Thanks to the guys for the good service, we brought a serviceable motorcycle to the hotel, there were 2 helmets. I rented it for 20 days, I recommend this rental

  Got a 2022 Honda Wave from Peter in October 2025. He's been extremely kind, honest, informative, and even helpful long after I purchased my bike. For instance, he quickly responded to a random call about a flat tire in the evening, when I couldn't find any open bike shops. He called a few places and eventually coordinated a roadside assisted tire change with bike rescue. Prices are always more than fair and the maintenance is above and beyond, oiling up the chains and recalibrating breaks with close attention and patient precision. A very satisfied customer.

  As we were looking to rent a scooter in Hanoi, we decided to check whether we could buy one instead, since we had bought and sold a motorbike here ten years ago. That’s how we came across Peter and his shop and right away we felt confident that he was offering us a good motorbike. It wasn’t exactly the model we originally had in mind, but the quality was excellent, and Peter was incredibly professional and honest throughout the process. We would highly recommend his shop to anyone looking to buy or rent a scooter or motorbike while in Hanoi.
