  ３年間住んでいました。スタッフはとても親身で一生懸命です。滞在中は家族ぐるみのお付き合いをしていました。丁度Covidの時期に滞在しておりましたが、ロックダウン中では、果物を差し入れしてくれるなど親切にしてくれました。とても感謝しています。

  Friendly host and cozy room. The best location can found around Ho Tay area. It's a good place to stay if you have a plan for long term stay in Hanoi. I wish they have more rooms so I won't have to wait for so long to rent their rooms.

  We like to live here. Very welcomed people on reception. Here is sauna and jacuzzi on top floor so the residents can use it. Also we have piano on the first floor so kids and adults can play. Supermarket is on walking distance, around are coffee-shops and some local Vietnamese restaurants. Apartments are clean and bright.

  Hi everyone, i just want to say how truly impressed i am with Echouse on Vong Thi. i needed to rent a short term apartment for my mum so that she was near me, something within her budget and i nearly gave up. I didn' think that Ecohouse would do short term rentals but thank goodness they do and I was super impressed right from the start. Huy the owner's son replied to my text immediately and i was over the moon when i found out the rate was within mum's budget. Once i saw the flat i knew she would love it. And Ly Ly the manager was amazing all the way - such a lovely person, thank you Ly Ly for looking out for my mum and making sure she was OK with everything. Super service, great communication throughout and i miss not coming round now ! Thank you again. stella and mum Liz

  The positives ⭐️ Phuong from the office is an absolute treasure. 💎 And also the little cleaning lady. 🧹 They are unbelievably friendly, I was staying there for a month alone, but they really made me feel like family. - I found the rooms a little expensive and ended up switching to a different building. I did not see the owner once in my entire stay. A bit of a strange way to run a business, and it reflects in the rooms a little bit. - But 5 stars because the location is amazing, the rooms are adequate, especially for shorter stays. And some of the staff are truly a blessing. I hope the owner is aware of this.

  タイ湖の東岸ではなく西岸エリアに位置するサービスアパート。 広い敷地にゆったりと建つサービスアパートです。 淡い木目調のフローリングに家具一式も同系色で統一が取れた室内内装。 一歩室内に入った瞬間、オーナーのセンスが覗える、気持の良いお部屋です。 1ベッドルームと2ベッドルームの2タイプがあります。 【建物規模】7階建て全室18部屋の小規模サービスアパート 【竣工年】2018年5月 【家賃と面積】 ・1bed（45㎡～55㎡）：550＄～880＄ ・2bed（80㎡～87㎡）：1,100＄～1,650＄ 【家賃にインクルードされているサービス】 ・税金（レッドインボイスは出ます） ・管理費 ・ハウスキーピングサービス（週3回の掃除、洗濯、お皿洗い） ※アイロン掛けサービスは含まれていません ・リネン交換（ベッドシーツ、枕カバー；週1回） ・インターネット使用料（光インターネット；WIFI付き） ・Cable TV試聴料 ・水道料金 ・7階のサウナ＆ジャグジー利用料（2回～4回／月） このサービスアパートの立地が絶妙です。 少し歩けばタイ湖の湖畔に着く、とても静かな立地です。 また通勤を考えても大変便利です。 直ぐ近くを南北に走るLac Long Quan通りからニャッタン橋へスムーズにつながっているので、 ・ノイバイ空港方面（空港を含む周辺の工業団地） ・Bac Ninh（バクニン）工業団地方面 ・Hai Duong工業団地方面 へ、ニャッタン橋を経由して、渋滞に巻き込まれることなくアクセスできます。 ニャッタン橋を利用すると、移動距離は長くなりますが、渋滞を避けることができるので、逆に通勤時間は短縮されます。 逆に南に行けば、直ぐにKim Maエリアが広がっている。 湖畔沿いの静けさを享受しながら、通勤至便な立地。 また、タイ湖南岸の湖畔道路「Trich Sai通り」と「Nguyen Dinh Thi通り」をつかえば、東西への行き来もスムーズです。 タイ湖東岸エリアやHoan Kiem（ホアンキエム）区への買物なども、この道を使えば、ある程度渋滞を避けて移動できます。 歩いて直ぐに和食料理店はありません。 全て車移動となります。 和食料理店が固まるエリアは、繁華街ですので騒がしくなります。 静かな環境を手に入れる為には、繁華街から距離を置いた場所に住まう必要があります。 丁度良い加減の立地のサービスアパートだと言えます。 室内に乾燥機と洗濯機がセパレートで標準装備、またウォシュレットも標準装備です。 女性単身者にも十分対応できるアパートです。

  A monthly apartment in a nice location. Some rooms are used as hotel rooms, depending on the occupancy. I booked a room to stay for 3 nights via a certain booking site. I was looking forward to my trip and contacted management shortly before my trip to notice that my booking didn't get through due to certain circumstances. I wasn't told about this until I contact them, and probably wouldn't have known until the date of supposed check in. Bottom line, they should have contacted me about this when they knew they couldn't accept my booking. But at least the staff responded politely and offered an alternative accommodation.
