BIM Group situated here on the first and second level. The building divide into two parts, one for residential and the other one for BIM office and hotels above

The rudest receptionist I have ever met in my life. Would not help us with our enquiry. Security guard came in and actually shoved my brother in law all the while screaming to get out of the foyer while we were waiting for the owner of our apartment to show up. The actual apartment we booked was filthy and smelt the fridge had bugs in it air con absolute crap took us up to our apartment in the service elevator! Don't know why. Needless to say tired exhausted at midnight left to go to a different hotel. Don't waste your time thank God we didn't pay in advance!!! Minus ten out of ten
