  Absolutely incredible service from minute one to the very end with the Hanoi Housing team. Apartments are beautiful, really well furnished and have very good safety & security in place with high tech locks. All the information is provided in an incredible level of detail in advance, including instructions videos and support from staff when required. 10/10 experience with Hanoi Housing! 🙌🏼

  I’ve been a tenant at a Hanoi Housing location for nearly 4 years now, and I’ve never had such an easy tenancy anywhere. The building itself is new and location perfect for me, amenities are great, but the best thing has been the service. Any issues (e.g. AC leaking) have been dealt with immediately, fixed quickly and efficiently. The staff is lovely, especially Trang and Thuy who work in the office as well as the cleaner of my building, Ms. Nhung who is amazing. Couldn’t be happier!

  Before and after we arrived in Hanoi, we had contacted a few realtors to help us get an apartment. However the pictures we had seen on their websites were not the reality we met on the ground. On one of the scheduled viewings, we "accidentally" saw Hanoi housing and decided to walk right into their offices. From the reception, to their swiftness and absolute customer centric approach, we knew we were in the right place. We were served by Ms. Ha-My and she was absolutely amazing - hospitable, kind, committed, hardworking and efficient! She immediately planned and scheduled us for viewings that afternoon and I was so shocked that we literally loved all the houses we saw. Their standards are very sophisticated to ensure their customers' satisfaction! We got a beautiful apartment with a great deal and moved in the same day 😃! Thank you Hanoi housing for making our dreams a reality!!!!!

  My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience with Hanoi Housing. They were very kind and accommodating and we stayed in one of their apartments in Tay Ho for a year. We had zero issues from start to finish. The security guards were helpful and polite, the cleaning lady was thorough, and our building managers were a delight. We had zero issues having our deposit returned to us because we had left the apartment in the condition that we found it. If you are looking for a friendly and reliable service, I couldn't recommend these guys enough. Good luck in your new home :)
