If you are looking to invest in real estate in Hanoi, ask for Harry from kensington real estate. He initially gave us a very lengthy tour around Hanoi and was extremely professional and informative throughout the trip. My family and I had re-located to Hanoi from Canada, we had been renting for a year and have recently decided to stay long term. When we had finally decided to purchase the property, Harry was very thorough with translating and explaining the contract signing procedures, payment schedules and when to expect to receive the apartment and the official legal documents of property ownership. Their team is also fluent in multiple languages besides just English. For non-Vietnamese speaking buyers, we highly recommend Harry and his team at Kensington vietnam for real estate advice and consultation.
