  I was really happy with the service I received from this agency. Everyone was friendly and genuinely helpful. I especially appreciated how well the staff spoke English, which made communication very easy from the beginning. They helped me find an apartment that I really like and even spoke to the landlord to negotiate a discount on my behalf. The whole process was smooth and they were always quick to answer my questions and help whenever I needed something. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a place in Hanoi.

  Highly recommend these guys if you want a smooth and transparent experience. I used Mr John Truong and was super happy with the process. He was clear, transparent and an all round great guy. I ended up taking the first place he showed me as he actually took the time to consider all my needs.
