Beautiful apartment lights and main entrance at night. Sunshine City (Ciputra)

We went to visit a friend in building S5 and the parking is not too confusing, but finding the elevators in the parking garage was. We're grateful we saw someone exit a random door and we went inside to find the elevators. I am not a big fan of the way the elevators work. You punch in the number on the outside of the elevator and then it tells you which elevator is going to pick you up. There is nothing on the inside of the elevator and for some reason that made me nervous.

Set of 6 buildings in ciputra with an amazing view of the red river and all the way upto the air port. The flats are well appointed with the latest fittings and very spacious and comfortable.

I have never experienced such terrible service anywhere. We pay approximately 1.6 million VND every month as a management fee, yet we receive virtually no service in return. Whenever we have a problem in the apartment—whether it’s an electrical issue, a simple light switch, or a plumbing problem—the maintenance workers come, waste 6 hours of our time (sometimes the entire day), pretend to be working, and in the end either make the problem even worse or simply tell us to call an outside professional because they cannot fix it. Today, for example, the plumber spent the entire day in our apartment, made the clogged pipe much worse than it was before, and then wanted to leave, telling us to hire a professional plumber. This is completely unacceptable. Every time I complain at the reception desk, the only response I get is “So sorry,” but absolutely nothing is ever done to solve the problem. The daytime security guard is also very rude. He constantly whistles and shakes his keys while walking around, making the atmosphere feel more like a prison than a residential building. The air conditioning in the hallways is turned on only for a short time in the morning and for just one or two hours in the evening. The rest of the day, the corridors are unbearably hot. Overall, the service in this building is awful—or rather, there is no real service at all. It feels like the staff only pretend to work instead of actually helping the residents. Considering the high management fee, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
