  Ben & Thanh had been really helpful and quick to find me an apartment in Ha Noi. They are polite and friendly and especially very quick to reply any of my question. Everything went great. And the apartment was also as good as described. Very professional indeed. I will definetely use them again if I’m in need to find another rental unit. Thanks!

  Vietnam Home is a great company for expats looking to move to Hanoi. They are reliable, make the process very easy and offer a variety of nicely furnished apartments in different areas of the city for you to chose from. They selected several listings which suited my requirements and sent pictures of them to me to review, allowing me to then view the ones that I liked best. They also transported me to each apartment to have my viewings in one day, which made the process of finding somewhere new to live very enjoyable and straightforward. My estate agent was Rocky, who was incredibly helpful and informative in every step of the process. He reassured me when I had questions about the process of renting in Vietnam and made sure I was completely satisfied with my rental contract before signing. He also has great English skills and went through all appliances with me on the day that I moved in to make sure everything was working correctly. It is also helpful to know that he is on hand if I should have any problems with my apartment, but so far its been amazing, and I've had no problems at all.

  I have now rented two apartments through Vietnam Home and I could not have had better experiences. They are fantastic at communicating, not pressuring or pushy and very supportive. I want to shout out Huy as he is my go to person in Hanoi for finding great apartments. He is very reliable and helpful. My second apartment wasn’t advertised yet on the website and I managed to see it early and secure it. I am so happy with the service, thankyou Huy!

  Very happy with the service of Vietnam Home. The real estate agent I was assigned, Ms Than Than, is fluent in English and Japanese, and otherwise extremely professional and helpful. I am happy with the property I have found. I just wonder if the website is updated regularly, because I can still see my place among the available properties, although I've rented it... so perhaps some of the properties displayed are actually no longer available. In any case, I would use the same company again, if needed. Thank you Vietnam Home for helping me find my home in Viet Nam. I appreciate your service very much.

  I highly recommend Vietnam Home if you are looking for a place in Hanoi. I had a great experience with Huy, who followed up with me for months before I arrived in Hanoi sending me listings and pictures of apartments. Once I arrived in Hanoi, he arranged maybe 20 visits to accommodate my requests and made the contracting and moving in super comfortable.

  Great support from Ms. Thanh and Mr. Ben regarding finding of a good apartment for my family. With their necessary support I have rented an apartment with comfortable stay and all good amenities near by. Not only finding a good stay for me both had helped till now even after 5 months I occupied that flat. Local word office registration, any support towards the internal furnishings of the room I connect with them and got the requested support in time. Both Ms. Thanh and Mr. Ben are best for any type of house need for expats, kind thanks and both deserves a 5* rating for the professionalism.

  This estate agency has been a real blessing for me. When I first got in touch with them I had no idea what I was looking for and what district would be better for me. Luckily my agent, Huy, helped me a lot figuring it out and reassured me throughout the whole house hunting experience (he sent me more than 15 options). Since I was very unsure at the begging we arranged a call (while I was still in Italy) to talk about the pros and cons of my choices. At the end I chose the apartment that was the best solution for me, halfway between my University and the city center. I honestly recommend this agency to anyone who wants to have an amazing experience in finding the perfect house in Hanoi!
