  If you’re looking for a nice restaurant for a special occasion, I’d definitely recommend this place. They serve both Western and Vietnamese food, and everything we tried was REALLY good. The price I’d say it’s really affordable All of the staff speak excellent English. I was planning a surprise for my boyfriend, and when I contacted them by email, they were incredibly kind and helped me with everything. I really appreciated all the effort they put in. The tacos were much bigger than I expected haha. The chicken satay was also really good, especially the spicy green sauce. I ordered the spicy salt prawn pasta (or something like that on the main menu 😅), and it was absolutely delicious. The only downside was that the portion was a bit small, I honestly could’ve eaten two plates! The surprise birthday cake they prepared for my boyfriend was so cute as well. Thank you so much for making his birthday special. If I ever come back to Hanoi, I’ll definitely come back here again!

  We booked Cloud Nine Restaurant to celebrate our cousin and her husband’s wedding anniversary, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special—the atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the way the team made the occasion feel truly memorable. The setting is stunning, and the whole experience just had that “wow” factor you hope for when celebrating something important. The food and service were exceptional, and you could tell the staff genuinely cared about making the night perfect. In fact, it was so good… we went back again. Highly recommend for any special occasion or even just if you want an unforgettable dining experience.

  We had a fantastic evening dining at Cloud Nine restaurant (hotel restaurant of La Siesta Premium Hang Be Hotel). Food was absolutely delicious and Staff Service impeccable! Restaurant staff was thoughtful and takes initiative to serve without us requesting. The Manager was friendly and came over to chat to find out if we are well attended to. Though Price was on the high side but it was totally worth it! It was impressionable that it prompts me to want to stay at this hotel in my next visit. Well done!

  Absolutely incredible experience! It was quiet being the off season, but the staff didn’t let it change their level of service. Fantastic food, generous attention to detail, and a welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for our anniversary, and would advise you to book for a special occasion.

  I got a wonderful birthday celebration here! My boyfriend brought me there. Ninh was taking care of our table, he was very professional, we ordered set menu, and I can see that he has a very genuine care about our food allergen because I had a lactose intolerance and he was really making sure about that with the chef. He was great. The restaurant and food also well done. All staff there are so welcome and genuine. I am absolutely impressed and I felt so special.

  English Version i honestly have to say this was one of the finest dining experiences of my life. Thanks to Phi, our lead server, and Vuong, who assisted him, we had a truly wonderful evening. The dishes were fantastic and the service was seamless. 10/10, would absolutely recommend. Vietnamese version: Đỉnh cao 10/10 phục vụ + đồ ăn chắc chắn Sẽ recommmend

  Cloud Nine serves a variety of delicious options for breakfast. The people who work here are always so kind and helpful! Our daily cappuccinos are very good. We appreciate the wonderful experience we have during breakfast each morning.

  The Hanoi Heritage Tasting Menu at Cloud 9 restaurant is superb! Staffs are very courteous and friendly especially the young waiter who is very sincere and makes sure our food are served well! Price is very reasonable too!
