  Beautiful hotel with a great location. The rooms are clean and the service is exceptional. They helped us with the luggage, were always smiling at as and looked for our luggage even after checkout. They also have really good breakfast with various eggs and soup options. Highly recommend! :)

  We enjoyed our stay here in early December 2025. What made our stay so positive was the staff. There was a young man named Nam that went out of his way to help us any time we needed it. Also as we were leaving and had never taken a sleeper bus before, there was another staff named Quin who took the time to show us different options and help us book something. This hotel has done a great job in choosing people that go above and beyond to help their visitors.

  We had a very positive stay at this hotel, which served as an excellent base for exploring the city.Pros:· Excellent Location: The hotel is in a great area. It's near the HCM Mausoleum and the embassy district, which is quieter and less crowded than the Old Quarter, yet still very close (about 2km). We found it easily reachable by a short taxi ride or even a pleasant walk. A lot of major tourist sites were conveniently nearby.· Comfortable & Complete Rooms: Our room was a good size with a big bathroom. The mattress was excellent—very firm and supportive. While the facilities could use some updating, the room had everything we needed and was cleaned thoroughly every day.· Excellent Breakfast & Staff: The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety and was consistently good. We especially appreciated that they offered some dishes prepared fresh per request. The standout feature, however, was the wonderfully enthusiastic and helpful staff. A special shout-out to Quin, Trang, and Shang at the front desk, and the two gentlemen at the breakfast service who always ensured we were well taken care of. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay.Con to Note:· Soundproofing: The only noticeable downside was that the rooms are not very soundproof. It was easy to hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms, which could be disruptive at times.

  Staff were lovely & room was clean. Overall the fittings were getting tired and some improvement are needed. Braekfast was good local food selection. Bottles of water left in room each day and large fridge also. I had a room at the back on 10th floor which was quite and could see roof tops & local lake as in photo. Lifts to all floors but reception is on 1st floor so flight of steps on approach. Ground floor is a scooter garage but lifts still stop there. Hotel is a short / cheap taxi ride from the Old Town area, with a 40mins + walk. ATM & food store very close. Definitely a quieter location for a hotel than the old town. Lovely coffee bars around the lake.

  First of all, the breakfast is pretty good. The location of this hotel is closed to Ho Chi Minh museum and many tourist spots, but which is in a quiet area at night. Better to rent a motorbike for touring the city and you can park it in the hotel’s garage.

  Friendly hotel with excellent and polite service. Simple but very clean and fragrant room, with a very good refrigerator for use. The breakfast was cordial, simple and made with care. The location is good for those who want to escape the noise and exorbitant prices for tourists. The only negative point is that there is no way to exchange money in the hotel area, and excursions usually start 2km from this area. However, the hotel is very close to good museums, which is convenient. We loved the experience, I recommend it and would stay at this hotel again. It's worth the price.

From the very first moment, all the staff were kind and professional, but we would like to highlight the help of Quin.Quin personally took charge of organizing our excursion bookings and transportation, ensuring that everything was perfectly coordinated and tailored to our needs. Their dedication went above and beyond, even following up outside of working hours to confirm every detail, which allowed us to enjoy our activities with complete peace of mind. Thanks to her extraordinary commitment and attention to detail we were able to enjoy great experiences without worrying about logistics.We recommend 20 Hotel not only for its facilities and location but also for the human quality of its team. Quin, in particular, made our stay even more special. We will definitely return!

  This is the second time I've stayed here. Really helpful staff, good location away from the extremely bus and noisy old quarter. Very comfortable bed and powerful shower. The rooms are a little run down, but overall a great experience and very clean. Will definitely return again.
