I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi! What truly sets this place apart is their world-class staff and hospitality, which made my stay absolutely unforgettable. A massive shoutout to Ly Nguyen, the absolute MVP of the hotel! From the moment I checked in, she went above and beyond. She introduced me to Hanoi’s top attractions and local food spots, and to make things even easier, she added me on WhatsApp and sent over all the Google Maps locations. She checked in on me daily to ensure my trip was going smoothly. Ly is incredibly detail-oriented and made everything so seamless. Even on the day I left for the airport, though she wasn't on duty, she thoughtfully arranged for her colleague to pass me a sweet farewell gift. As for the hotel itself, while it might not be the newest property in town, it is incredibly comfortable. They offer a great pillow menu, and the bed provided an amazing night's sleep. The breakfast selection isn't massive, but it’s a case of quality over quantity—everything was simple, fresh, and delicious. The location is also unbeatable. It’s tucked away in a quieter spot but still central ("quiet yet bustling"), with most major city attractions within a 10-minute walk. On top of that, every single staff member I encountered was warm and helpful. This hotel offers incredible value for money. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you the team for such a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Bespoke Trendy in Hanoi. The hotel is very comfortable — the bed was super soft, and I had an excellent night’s sleep. The room was also very quiet; we couldn’t hear any noise from outside at all. The location is extremely strategic. It’s within walking distance to many nice spots in the Old Quarter, and there are Michelin-listed restaurants nearby as well, which made exploring and dining very convenient. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. We arrived in Hanoi very early on our first day, and they kindly allowed us to check in early at 12pm since the room was available. We had also booked two different room types for 2 different days online due to room availability issues, but they thoughtfully arranged for us to stay in the same room for both nights. I was so happy about this because it saved us the trouble of packing our luggage and changing rooms. Not to forget their excellent breakfast here! ❤️ Small cons- There is a funeral shop nearby, which I was initially a little hesitant about passing by. However, I later realized there is another route that easily avoids it, so it didn’t affect our stay at all or change our decision to choose this hotel. Overall, I would definitely recommend Bespoke Trendy for a comfortable and convenient stay in Hanoi.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. In total I had three different stays and the staff is absolutely amazing! If I could I‘d give more stars for service! The rooms are nice and clean and there aren‘t too many on the same floor, which is nice. The location is really good and right at the famous train station. But it’s quiet as well.

Honestly wished we had more days in this hotel! Everything was truly top tier. The moment we reached the staff assisted to carry our luggage’s into the hotel. They served us drinks from their bar and a small plate of apricots which were delicious. You can tell they put in a lot of effort to make their guests comfortable — they gave us a map with recommendations on food and shopping spots, offered to change our pillows according to our preference and even hand wrote a welcome card for us :”) the breakfast spread was amazing too, and the staff made sure to check in on us after we ate. Even though we only stayed for a night, they gave us a pack of apricots and green tea leaves right before we left and even carried our luggages for us to our coach to Halong Bay. This was the first time I’ve been met with such hospitality at a hotel, and at such a reasonable price. I will definitely be staying here if I do visit Hanoi again!

This might have been the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff made the experience top notch. From the greeting upon arrival to the breakfast for take away before our early flight, everyone was very very kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is excellent and includes à la carte items at no additional cost. The hotel is in the heart of everything yet remains very tranquil. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. My wife enjoyed a free manicure. I really can't express our gratitude enough. Don't hesitate to stay here when in Hanoi!

Exceptional Service & Incredible Value for Money ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I rarely write reviews, but this hotel truly impressed me. The value for money was amazing, especially during the low season. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and thoughtful—from helping with luggage, opening doors, offering umbrellas, to greeting us with a smile every day. The welcome drinks, sweet treats, and personalized local map with food recommendations were lovely touches. The room was spotless and well-equipped, and the breakfast menu changed daily, which made each morning feel special. Even at check-out, we received a small farewell gift, which perfectly reflected the hotel's attention to detail and genuine hospitality. I couldn't be happier with my stay and would absolutely give this hotel a 10/10. Highly recommended! ❤️

Stayed for 4 nights in May 26 during an extremely hot period in Hanoi. The hotel's location in the Old Quarter is a major advantage, with plenty of good food options within walking distance. I booked a suite room mainly because many hotels in Hanoi lack proper windows, and I was happy to have a room with an outside view. The room itself was clean and tidy, but it was not particularly quiet. The walls seemed quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway could often be heard. The elevator was also quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep whenever it was in use. My room was on the 11th floor while the elevator only went up to the 10th, requiring an extra flight of stairs. One evening around 10 PM, there was a power outage without any information and it took more than an hour for the generator to start. Some guests had to walk down the stairs and wait in the lobby, which was quite disruptive. In addition, the air conditioning needed some time to cool the room whenever I returned from outside. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, although the taste was fairly average. On the positive side, the staff were genuinely friendly and did their best to address the inconvenience caused by the blackout, even offering a complimentary airport shuttle as a gesture of goodwill. Their effort and hospitality were much appreciated.

I had a great stay at Bespoke Trendy Hotel. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised that the hotel allowed us to check in before the standard check-in time.Initially, we were assigned a King Bed room, but we had requested two single beds. The staff handled our request professionally and arranged the beds while we were out, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. As a thoughtful gesture, the hotel also gave us two tea bags upon check-out. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great service, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.
