  High quality hotel to stay, highly recommended! Spacious and clean room. I stayed in a on bed studio which has a kitchen area and duo washing-drier machine. The room decoration and lighting is enough and well adjusted, for both working and relaxing purposes Staff was friendly and helpful. I checked in at midnight and still be welcomed with the best manner. The location is in the middle between airport and midtown. Properly work well for bussiness trip if your working location is not in midtown. Not recommended for vacation when you might want to visit the common tourists attraction in Ha Noi (most of them are in midtown)

  The room where I stayed was quite spacious. They prvide the essential items in the room for guests. The facilities here, you can enjoy the swimming pool on the ground floor. There is space where you can practice golf on second floor. The third floor offers the meal. I just had the breakfast for two days here but my point of view for their breakfast was delicious. There are a pharmacy, a coffee shop and a supermarket near here. So that you can easy to get anythings you need.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were all very friendly and professional, especially Sophia at the front desk. She was welcoming, helpful, and always greeted guests with a smile. Great service overall — I would definitely come back again!

  A true sanctuary in Hanoi, great choice for your Hanoi travel. Having visited Hanoi multiple times, this was hands down my best stay yet - and I'll absolutely be returning to Frasers Residence. The facilities were consistently clean and well-maintained throughout: gym, pool, and the residence lounge all delivered. My one-bedroom suite struck the perfect balance for a longer-term remote work stay - comfortable enough to feel at home, functional enough to stay productive. What really set this apart was the staff. Genuinely professional across the board, and a few honourable mentions are due: Tony, John, Ricardo, the senior chef, Stella, the reception team and cleaners all went out of their way to make the stay exceptional. The Xuan Dinh location gets flagged as 'not central' - but that's actually the appeal. Near West Lake and Lotte Mall, it's peaceful without being isolated. The new Lotte Mall also has plenty of food and shopping choices. Impressed from start to finish. Highly recommend.

  The rooms are as described and are big. The staff is super friendly. The gym was solid for a hotel gym and we could get our workout done. Most people didn’t use the pool so we were lucky we good swim a few laps. The beds were super comfortable. The location is far off from the center, but with grab just 20 minutes and it’s more comfortable to stay outside of the ever moving traffic. You really get what you pay for and I wound definitely stay here again

  Super nice hotel! High standard, clean, good location, friendly staff. The front desk is very helpful and speaks good English. Great breakfast with many different choices. There you will meet Joyand her colleagues. They are super serviceminded and friendly. Joy and her colleagues speaks good English, so it is easy to communicate. Thank you all the great staff. Nice pool, but noicy since it is close to the street. The gym is good and well maintained, they also have two saunas, one dry and one steam sauna.

  The hotel room is so spacious and sparkling clean. I like it has both washing machine and dryerReception staff are professional yet friendly The pool is comfy and gym is spacious with a lot of equipment Breakfast was fine not the best one I had in Hanoi but acceptable The only down side is it’s far away from the tourist spots.

  The overall experience of staying at the Fraser Residence Hanoi was very comfortable. The rooms were cosy and were equipped with all amenities. The breakfast was also excellent, except that it had fewer options for Indian pure vegetarian visitors.
