  Highly recommend staying here if you are on business travel or vacation. Service was amazing and staff really friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was also decent. I would rather recommend staying here than Old quarters if you do not want to be in the middle of touristy and market crowded place… lot of restaurants around Fraser suites and Old quarters is just 10-12mins away by Grab… I’m certainly staying here again on my next visit to Vietnam.

  We stayed here for 4 nights and has a bad stay the first night. We were in a lower level suite which was very noisy and out dated. The staff however we very sympathetic and moved us up into one of the towers for the other 3 nights and after that we had a fantastic stay. The bed was comfy and all amenities were great for where we were. It’s also located next to a mall for groceries and other comforts. I would say the staff made this hotel for us, they helped us out and looked after us after no choice with the lower level rooms. These rooms need updating or renovating to a better standard.

  Stayed at Fraser Suites Hanoi for 5 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the hospitality and flexibility of the hotel staff. Check-in was delayed beyond the stated 2 PM timing, and despite waiting around 15–20 minutes, there was no apology or support. However, when we requested just a 10–15 minute late checkout because we were traveling with an infant and still packing, the request was refused very strictly without any consideration. What was disappointing is the complete lack of basic hospitality, especially considering: • We stayed for 5 days, not just 1 night • It was low season and many rooms appeared vacant • We were traveling with a child and large luggage Service throughout the stay was also extremely slow. At arrival, nobody assisted with luggage, and during checkout again no one came to help despite us carrying multiple heavy bags and managing an infant. The experience honestly felt less welcoming than what you normally expect in Vietnam. Another issue is that the hotel entrance signage is poorly visible, causing repeated confusion for taxi drivers. Multiple times we had to walk from the road with luggage because drivers could not identify the entrance properly. My suggestion to future guests: do not expect any flexibility for early check-in or late checkout here — even for a few minutes. Plan everything very strictly if you decide to stay. Hospitality is not only about rooms and buildings, but also about how guests are treated, especially families with children. Sadly, this stay did not meet those expectations.

  I always stay at Fraser Suites Hanoi whenever I’m in Hanoi for business, and I’ve returned many times. The spacious rooms, excellent service, and friendly staff make every stay comfortable. It truly feels like my home away from home. Highly recommended!

  We recently stayed at Fraser Suites Hanoi to celebrate our 35th anniversary, and it was a truly memorable experience from start to finish.||Upon arrival, we were delighted to find our room beautifully decorated for the occasion, which made us feel very special. The hotel also surprised us with a delicious complimentary chocolate dessert to celebrate our anniversary, a thoughtful gesture that was greatly appreciated.||Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities throughout the hotel were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the adult pool, which provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation, and the pool bar was a wonderful place to unwind. The happy hour specials were great value and added to the enjoyable experience.||The restaurant served excellent food, with a good variety of options and attentive service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help.||The location is another major advantage. Situated near West Lake, the hotel is surrounded by lovely cafés, restaurants, and shopping opportunities, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a quieter side of Hanoi.||Overall, Fraser Suites Hanoi exceeded our expectations and made our 35th anniversary celebration truly special. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi and look forward to returning in the future.

  Great property and lovely rooms. Stayed in an executive studio and it was very comfortable. Would recommend this over the older deluxe category rooms. There’s a rooftop pool and bar which is particularly nice. ||Big shout out to Ashlee who helped me with my room and was so friendly. She even gave me recommendations for the next stop on my trip!

  This place is great for families or people travelling in large groups. The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable. The property ia very clean and staff is very helpful. There is a convenience store right next door along with several eateries nearby. The drive to old quarter was about 15-20 mins each way.|Special thanks to Ashlee from front desk for helping us sort out our day trips and Itinerary
