  I had the opportunity to go on a business trip with 2 foreign friends.The hotel has great location with few minutes walk to West Lake or Lotte Center. Great Japanese design and new modern amenities in the room. The staff are very enthusiastic and kind. I was especially impressed with the cafe on the first floor. Upon entering the door, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air and the sound of soft jazz music. The menu has a wide range of coffee drinks, from classic espresso to specialty latte and some other drinks such as tea and juice. The pastry selection is also worth a try, with croissants and mouse cakes. The outdoor seating area is a favorite with many diners with views of the busy street. This is a great experience, If I have a chance to return to Hanoi, I will come back to Fukurai.

  The stay was too good and the manager was too supportive to accomodate our requests of storing luggage when we reached the place early and leaving the property early. The staff is very co-operative and really sweet. I look forward coming back here again ♥️

  i rented an apartment here several times, the location is right in the center, pretty convenient. The room is new, spacious and very clean. The cafe below serves delicious breakfast and drinks (highly rcm bun moc for bf and apricot orange tea). I forgot my things at the hotel and the receptionist enthusiastically helped me return them :D always stay here every time i return to Hanoi

  The room was spacious, clean and bright. Although they are an apartment hotel, the service attitude of their staff is better than that of most hotels. They are very friendly and if you have any questions, they will help you solve it immediately. Secondly, because their room is just above the coffee shop, you can smell the fragrant coffee every morning when you go downstairs. The location is very convenient. Whether you want to go to sightseeing spots or large shopping malls, it only takes 10-15 minutes to drive. If I had to single out something to criticize, it would be that the basin's drainage system drains too slowly. Whether I will come back or not, that’s for sure!

  The location is very close to Hanoi's business centre. Within walking distance to Lotte Tower and Vincom centre. The property itself is in the alley of the main road. Beware the property doesn't seem to have lift for Fukurai Boutique Apartments. The Cafe on the ground floor is the location for guests to meet with the property representative. At the night I suppose to stay at Fukurai the property apparently overbooked and doesn't have an apartment for myself. And I was moved to the nearby Canary Hotel and apartment a few metres further down. Obviously The Canary doesn't have the same standard and expectations. Older style apartment and TV signal some weren't working.

  The room price is definitely cheap. Unfortunately, the standards were disappointing. I spotted a rat near the reception area, which is also where the restaurant and coffee shop are located. LOL The towel provided in the room appeared dirty, and I even found some dead ants stuck to it. There is no elevator, which may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. Overall, the low price matches the level of cleanliness and service. If you’re looking for a budget stay. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

  We booked our room through Agoda and even messaged them before arriving on Agoda but never gotten a reply. We arrived and try to check in and the staff told us they gave our room to someone else… They try to offer us a different room from what we initially booked but smaller with a bad attitude. We have paid for it couple days prior and they gave it to an extended customer and stated that they are not respecting our booking. The staff was very rude so we decided that we will cancel it and deal with Agoda. I would not recommend this hotel and the other bad reviews are very true.
