  We stayed in the GM Premium Hotel for three nights at the beginning of our trip. The hotel was such a great way to see Hanoi and all of the surrounding attractions. The location was great, right in the old quarter. The best part of the hotel was the staff, who were very attentive and helpful. Louis specifically was very helpful throughout our stay, offering up recommendations for places to visit and things to see. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good! They had a great variety of Vietnamese and American/Continental Breakfast classics. We had dinner one night at the restaurant and it was great they had vegetarian options as well! Would 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi!!!

  Excellent hotel with an incredible staff, especially Leo who provided our family outstanding service, always with a big smile! He went beyond all of our expectations to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are beautiful and the cleaning staff did an awesome job at keeping our room impeccable. We enjoyed the daily breakfast which had a very wide selection of delicious food. Highly pleased with this hotel and would not hesitate to return, the location is perfectly situated in the Old Quarter.

  I had a wonderful stay at GM Premium Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to many famous attractions, restaurants, cafés, and local shops. It was the perfect base for exploring Hanoi. The room was modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. What impressed me the most was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They provided useful recommendations for places to visit, helped arrange transportation, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The breakfast offered a good variety of both Vietnamese and international dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel also had a pleasant atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. Overall, GM Premium Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. With its fantastic central location, beautiful and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and exceptional service, it offers outstanding value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi and will happily recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

  I had a fantastic stay and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A special thank you to Tracey, who went above and beyond by checking in throughout my stay to make sure everything was perfect – her professionalism and kindness really stood out. The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a spacious layout, excellent amenities, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. It made for a truly relaxing and restful stay. The highlight was definitely the amazing rooftop bar. The atmosphere, views, and overall vibe were outstanding, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day out. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at GM Premium Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. Everyone was attentive, professional, and always happy to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with an incredibly comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it easy to explore all the city’s famous attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious local and international dishes, and every meal was fresh and flavorful. I also loved spending the evening at the rooftop sky bar, where the views of Hanoi were simply breathtaking. GM Premium Hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. The combination of luxury, outstanding service, and excellent location makes it one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi and will definitely be returning on my next trip!

  Overall, this is an outstanding hotel. The location is perfect—right in the city center—and the bed was by far the most comfortable I've ever slept in at any hotel. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but I have to give a special mention to Leo. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and shared so many useful tips throughout our stay. He also helped us reserve a table at the hotel's rooftop sky bar for the weekend. I highly recommend booking in advance if you're planning to visit the sky bar on a weekend, as it gets extremely busy and there's a good chance you won't get a table without a reservation. Thank you again, Leo, for making our stay even more enjoyable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I recently stayed at GM Premium Hotel in Hanoi for 4 days and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout my stay, and the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable.|One of the highlights was the buffet food, which offered a great variety and was consistently fresh and enjoyable. What truly made the stay special, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. A special thank you to Louis, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and memorable.|The combination of outstanding cleanliness, great food, and exceptional customer service made this a fantastic place to stay. If I return to Hanoi in the future, I would definitely book GM Premium Hotel again. Highly recommended!

  The location is excellent and super convenient, with tons of great food options nearby. Most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable! The staff were amazing and so friendly—they really went above and beyond to help, even with the smallest requests or feedback. If I visit Hanoi again, will definitely stay at this hotel.
